Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I came to the Tropical Smoothie in Irondequoit, Rochester NY on 8/23 around 8:15am and I competed an online order. When I walked into pick it up, the worker Kendall was unfortunately the only one working because it seems as if the other employees did a no call no show and when she tried to call them no one picked up. I am super proud of how Kendall handled completing online orders, to go orders and customers that walked in orders. She made everyone feel important even when she was the only one to be on register and completing smoothie stations. I don’t know her but I am super proud of her and I think she should certainly get some type of recognition.

Incredibly friendly and polite staff! Will be back for quick meals on the go. I ordered the chocolate peanut butter banana smoother and added the whey protein. I was pleasantly surprised at how sweet it was, way better than ordering a fast food milk shake. Will be back as the heat continue to rise!

Came there yesterday got a smoothie for free for my birthday 🎂 yesterday and l Tried the Green Goodness and let me just say it was so good l will be back this was my first time trying A+ the Atmosphere was beautiful ever one is so nice there best place to go

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the place for healthy smoothies and food. I enjoy all their smoothies and love the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. Please don't let me forget they 24oz special 6:30am to 9am $3.98 smoothies. They employees are respectful and very clean place to sit and eat!!!!

The young lady taking my order couldn’t be bothered to remove her over the ear head phones off both ears to take my order, then asked me to repeat myself.

Food came out fast so that was a plus.

Not for sure who the new crews but my food was super nasty hard and drink was over powering with bananas that’s all I could taste my apple was old and brown in my kale salad didn’t even money back just had to leave cashiers was super sweet and nice remade my drink because someone stolen it but thes rest I won’t visit again use to be my favorite place on my lunch break but no more

Staff couldn’t tell me whether the granola contained gluten and which smoothies were dairy free, and didn’t offer to find out. The whole place had an overwhelmingly strong scent, like a cleaner or air freshener that was unpleasant.

No one answer the phone here why have one, I been in a accident can’t drive and yet can’t order and get my food they send half of my order I’m calling back to back no answer for over an hour , very upset I want my money or my food. There is no way to reach anyone human at this location very disappointed.
