Staff couldn’t tell me whether the granola contained gluten and which smoothies were dairy free, and didn’t offer to find out. The whole place had an overwhelmingly strong scent, like a cleaner or air freshener that was unpleasant.

No one answer the phone here why have one, I been in a accident can’t drive and yet can’t order and get my food they send half of my order I’m calling back to back no answer for over an hour , very upset I want my money or my food. There is no way to reach anyone human at this location very disappointed.

I am from California, where we grew up drinking Jamba Juice smoothies. I have to say, this smoothie place is pretty darn good in comparison. Basic smoothies, but very tasty. The only qualm I have is that over the past year or so (I am a DoorDash driver on the side.) I’ve noticed that I’m delivering smoothies that are not even full. There’s at least a quarter missing out of either all or at least one smoothie when I pick up orders. Today was the last straw, when I picked up someone’s order and the large smoothie was completely overflowing all over the place the whole drive and the small one was missing nearly a quarter of smoothie. Smoothies are WAY too pricey these days to be missing that much. I’d quite frankly get a refund if I was the one receiving those smoothies that aren’t full. I worked at a smoothie place years ago and the recipes are tailor made to make each size perfectly. This tells me the employees are being lazy and throwing in ingredients and eyeballing the measurements. Gotta stick w the recipes guys! Other than that qualm, I love this place! Atmosphere is colorful and cool. And most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

Food was actually pretty good. Wouldn’t have expected that from a smoothie shop. I ordered the chipotle chicken flatbread and the apple and kale salad side. Both were great and the perfect amount of food for lunch. Would go back!

This is the best Tropical Smoothie location they make it exactly how you ask for it the one in Henrietta is awful they do not give you what you ask for I ordered what I usually order the Blimey Limey add blueberries add white chocolate and half turbinado it tasted completely different no white chocolate or turbinado was added and they didn't add blueberries if they did the smoothie would've been a purple color I know because it's always that color when I order it in irondequoit if I'm PAYING for extra stuff to go in it PUT IT IN IT favorite location I won't get one anywhere else.

Ordered 2 of the same smoothie with substitutions. Both orders came out completely wrong and the straws were missing.

Terrible place to order delivery from. Ordered two drinks with edible straws they didn't even give us that just normal straws and the door dash delivery driver didn't check order before leaving to see that food was also ordered she just rushed over to deliver. So I just got robbed out of my money with no food.

This was my first time going here ,and it was more than I expected. The service is fast,the employees are cheerful,kind,and professional. I got a hummus wrap ,and banana, and my son wanted the buffalo chicken wrap. Although they were out of bananas, they kindly replaced it with a side of my choice. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. I definitely will go here again to try one of their smoothies,and perhaps another kind of wrap. . If you have not tried tropical smoothie cafe ,I highly suggest them out.
