Wegmans stores used to carry every item you could possibly want. Now there are 4 or 5 basic items that are out of stock each time I go there. Really, who runs out of lettuce? They have also replaced brand name products with their store brands that don't taste as good. You have to buy their stuff because they don't have the product you want. Sad to see Wegmans go downhill.

I ordered a spinach sub with tuna and everything on it with provolone and hot peppers. They make the whole sub then tell me the tuna isn't in yet, maybe it'll be in at any moment. I said ok I'll do some shopping, hold that sa`mich, if not I'll get the turkey. I gave them nearly an hour to come up with the tuna, paid for my groceries, and went back to get my sub, prepared to settle for turkey whence l was shocked that they'd have to MAKE ANOTHER one since my sub was discarded. You should never waste food. I walked out.

There’s one employee that works at the sub shop that doesn’t listen very closely. Yesterday I bought a sub and I told him I wanted a Wegman’s assorted. I go home and I saw that he gave me a Danny’s favorite which has capicola meat in it which I’m not fond of. I didn’t return it because I know they’d throw the whole thing away, so I just removed the capicola. Yes I do agree the subs are a bit expensive as everything else is. I think I’ll be taking my business to Dibella’s from now on.

Wegmans not only has all groceries and prepared foods but wonderful customer service. Every time we've needed to find something or learn more about anything they are very helpful. Yes other stores can come close but they aren't Wegmans.

I keep going back and never learn my lesson. I can't understand how they charge $9.99 a pound for that. Way overpriced! The worst part is, the hot food is NOT HOT! Ever hear of food safety? I paid for it a few hours later as usual..

It's not a typical grocery store. They train their chefs and allow them to do the cooking after graduation. The food is billed by weight as well, allowing to choose your own cost.
