Worst wendy.
Went to order at the drive through, and they said the are only doing mobile order, at 8pm,and they are not taking no order unless is mobile order, that is absurd.
And they all are rude, always giving you attitude, don't even greet you, they need to be respectful towards the customers.
Also, most of the time, when they give my order, there's always something missing, even if it something small, and when I go to pick up the missing items, they get annoyed and more rude than usually, when is their fault for not checking the food before giving it to the customer.

I pre-ordered and was supposed to pick it up by drive-thru. Nothing was going forward, and I finally decided to go in and pick it up there. They had the doors closed and locked at barely 8 pm on a weekend evening!!
I was finally let in and got my food. When I left, a very obnoxious individual (who I suspect, was the reason for the locked doors) wanted to use the chance to enter, annoying and harassing me, trying to force me to let him in... and NONE of the employees helped!! They just stood there and watched like they had nothing to do with that.
I would say, that was the last time I was in there. If you have problems with safety, get help for your employees and guests. But endangering me by leaving me to deal with the responsibility to keep the doors closed is not okay!

The experience is decent. It's a bit far from my home, which can be a hassle. The food is okay, but I mostly visit for the cookies. At the location I frequent, there's a staff member named Leanne, and she stands out from all the other places. She bakes the best cookies so far. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Just spent 40$ here and my junior bacon sandwich was literally raw, pink, and soggy. Customer service was good but if the food is nasty why does it even matter? i tried to give you guys the benefit of the doubt since one time i bought a chicken sandwich and the bottom of the patty was green and moldy but you wont see me come back here again.

My recent visit to Wendy’s was disappointing due to poor customer service, particularly from the drive-thru staff. The team was unprofessional, with some employees being rude and inattentive while taking orders, especially near closing time. They even closed the store early, almost 40 minutes before the listed time on Google. This lack of professionalism from the evening shift is unacceptable and could deter customers from returning. Wendy’s could greatly improve by focusing on respectful, timely service to ensure a better experience for its patrons.

They are supposed to be open until 4am but every time I go there ( around 12 or 1) they ignore the the speaker. I waited in line for about 10 minutes at the speaker and just drove off, this is happened 3 times! Why advertise that you're open 24/7 just to not take orders? I would recommend not going to the place!

My god 8 people working here and the drive thru and dinning room is at a stand still girl at counter told me there not taking any more orders till they catch up the guy putting hamburgers together was the only one working every one else was playing around 2 burgers and a fry only 19.75 thank you democrats screw-in up our work force and driving prices up
