The experience is decent. It's a bit far from my home, which can be a hassle. The food is okay, but I mostly visit for the cookies. At the location I frequent, there's a staff member named Leanne, and she stands out from all the other places. She bakes the best cookies so far. 🤷🏻♀️
They were very nice and fast, in fact, a worker had her hands full, holding 6 big salads, and stopped to help me, to which I said that I was fine, and that she was perfectly fine to finish what she was doing, first.:)
Food is good but service is extremely slow. Was going to get dinner there tonight, stood in line for over 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me, not even we will be with you in a minute. I ended up walking out to go someplace that actually serves it customers.
