We ordered two Mexican sundaes. We should not have to pay extra for whip cream & a cherry. It should come with it, with the price we paid, not to mention that it's typically included on them at other places. We will go elsewhere if ever in that area again.

The ice cream here is good and I appreciate the prices ($2.50 for an kid size is perfect for little ones) but unfortunately two nights in a row we came here and they were closed early despite multiple people in the lot who wanted ice cream. Disappointed kids with us, so we had to run to dollar general and buy regular ice cream. I doubt the owner even knows so that is why I’m leaving a review despite generally disliking doing so unless I have something positive to say.

Not sure what happened to this place, but after 25 years of coming here it seems like profit is more important than quality. This was by far the best ice cream joint on earth, and now has turn into garbage and that’s being to nice. Very disappointing, I wouldn’t come here if it was free! Bring back the friendly staff, and the amazing ice cream! I do not recommend! Don’t walk away run away!

We stopped by, forgetting it was new owners, but quickly noticed the difference. I asked what happened to all the sundaes. She replied we still offer them but dont want to clutter up the windows. Well..... that's what people know and love and will probably not remember or ask when they order. I chose not to get anything and my daughter said the taste of her Sundae was off. It was thrown away and we went to sunset grill. Our friends warned us that they were not going back. Neither are we. Maybe when they run out of customers, someone can buy it and bring back the cluttered windows, friendly people, and good tasting ice cream that created the long lines out front. Sad day.

Ice cream was your average Perry’s and pricing was not the worst. Cash only. Most ice cream places do decent sizes for one scoop, here it is not a big scoop fyi. Girl at the window was grumpy/not very nice, enough for me to post a review about it. They made it seem like they were closed at 8:35pm, when they didn’t close until 9. Had the closed sign out. Seemed more annoyed than anything they had customers come. And since there was 7 of us, it brought the attention of others noticing that they actually are in fact open. I went with someone who said it has changed a lot since the new owners. My SIL just bought a house in the area. We will not be back. Don’t get annoyed at customers who are coming a full 25 minutes before you close and maybe say hi and be kinder next time. If you’re so bothered to do your job, maybe don’t work there ;)

So disappointing. I grew up going here and was so excited to take my out-of-town friend who had never been. When we pulled up, I immediately noticed a majority of the sundae photos in the window had been taken down. It’s just not the same and not nearly as good - turned into a typical ice cream place with nothing special to offer.
Bad Customer Service very rude they kept getting my order wrong didn’t even apologize for it. the former owner was way better. Now the owners are very rude and disrespectful DONT GO

The ice cream used to be great when the former owner was running it. Now its become a shadow of its former self. They should go back to basics and have the old menu again. I liked it better when it was for families, the prices were reasonable and the portions were better.

Ice cream was good.. Everyone was pleased.. Some portions are kinda small for price.. Staff didn't seem to care bout much customer interaction but they are descent at getting ice cream out fast.. There was 7 of us and it took us longer to order then getting our ice cream.. Also it is CASH ONLY
