Tim hortons may be a normal every day thing for people around here but for people from boston who have never seen one before this is a LUXURY. Idk why we're littered with DD where i live when this chain exists and is a million times better. Tourists try it and to people who get to live in the presence of tim hortons be grateful and never go to dunkins again!

I did an online order at this store thirty minutes before I showed up and they didn't even know my order existed and had not started making it, so I left. This place needs to learn punctuality and be more responsible checking online orders.

my family stopped by this location for breakfast and let me tell you it was bad. they lied about not having chocolate glazed timbits, yea possibly remember before literally putting them in an assorted timbits pack. and they charged my father for everything and yet still forgot a coffee. also it was very clear that everything was rushed. safe to say we aren’t coming back.

The last few weeks I've been coming in on Saturdays doing an online order for coffee or and breakfast sandwiches; my order always takes longer than expected to pick up or nobody knows that I order it and then they're rushing to get it done when it's not even organized or even looked at and I'm waiting additional 5 minutes for my order when I wore it 5 minutes prior to entering the store. Every time I come in for an online order I never get apology for my order being late address it with your employees and your employees don't seem like they actually care the day messed up.

Okay. So I have to say after my past experiences that were very poor there. There this a girl Samantha in there that when I come in She knows exactly what I want makes it correctly. And actually listens to me, unlike the other workers, I have dealt with in the past She needs a raise, very pleasant girl, always smiling. Thank you, Samantha. For your outstanding customer service. They need more workers like you.
One thing I missed about tim hortons is the orange tangerine refresher even though being a dunkin owner

You can specify so many times what you want. And they still don't get it too. Many young kids working there. Management needs to get a hole of this place. I will travel an hour just to get good service which I do Quite a view of the workers are really rude. They make things the way they like it. Not the way you do I do not recommend
