Second time ordering large hot vanilla latte, pricey drink $5, and that is not what I got. Literally 3 ingredients. One was milk and vanilla, today was large coffee. Come on people...better training and quality control.

The coffee and food is usually really good if you come at the right time and have the right people making it. Just got to keep decaf brewing more consistantly. I wish some workers could understand that you have to keep the counter area looking decent even if you are busy, check your cream amounts going into your coffee and make sure your sugar doesnt get jammed with the humidity. David is a great leader and makes sure the food is always great. I had an issue with my coffee and he solved the problem. Thank you David :)

I've never been inside but the drive-thru is quick convenient friendly I've never had a complaint except it when I want an English muffin with bacon and cheese at night I'm told that's a breakfast sandwich even though there's no egg but other than that no complaints! I only mentioned it because that's the only one that always says that! Every other I have referenced or gave my review never turns it down unless the muffins are gone for the day

The steak wrap was great. The Boston cream though was a little stale. The bagels seemed like they weren’t exactly fresh either.

I dont care to get my favorite at this location. I like the everyting bagle butteredwith onion and chive cream cheese .the past 5 different times ive gotten it there ( hoping they get it correct ) i get no butter and the slightest amount of onion and chive cream cheese. I go to other locations and i get what i pay for else where , never at the irving location. So let down every time.... ugh!)
