B T Express Deli & Cafe

BT used to be the best spot before it went under new management. I used to come here all the time after school for a chop cheese and it’s most definitely not the same, i got a Sub with almost no beef and 2 slices of cheese, it was basically a cheese sandwich. Couldn’t get a refund either..

This place is HORRIBLE ! Every time I order from this place they mess up my order. When I call I get a rude older woman who does not help. Today I tried to call and was put on hold for 20 minutes and they literally just put the phone down not actual hold . My food was chewy AGAIN and my coffee came with simple instructions

Have you EVER been given the end piece when ordering a breakfast sandwich on white, lightly toasted bread. DISRESPECTFUL! It was my first time going to this deli. While in there I was like it’s so clean and spacious and has good selections around the deli with a separate area of about 12 tables on the side for eating in. NICE. I’m rushing to a birthday party for my daughter’s friend 2 towns away. Get there and go back to my car to enjoy my sandwich and see this. Smdh. Am I overreacting on this $7.50 egg whites with bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato sandwich? I don’t like bread ends and don’t eat sandwiches on bagels or rolls so that I can have the inside of the bread and she gives me the damn butt of the bread. If that was the last piece then say so. Give me an option. I would have chose a slice of the wheat bread i or something else. It could have been a good sandwich but first impressions are lasting. So many people told me to take it back and complain. I didn’t have the time, BUTT now I do.

This was my go to spot for a minute, even with the old owners. Today faced some clean cut discrimination from one of the kitchen staff.She’s a new face and even upon entering the store she blatantly ignored me, mad eye contact and continued to do things behind the counter, not once acknowledging me until I went towards the exit. Which I was then met with “excuse me…” rather than “how can I help you”.At first I thought I was overthinking, than even during order taking she was agitated when we didn’t even talk yet. However, before ignoring me she was super personable and friendly with previous customers who didn’t look like me. The new owner has been nice to me and even made my breakfast several times, however the new staff person with the black hair may get him in hot water for his lack of professionalism and blatant mistreatment.And she overcharged me for food I normally get under $20 so that alone was a red flag. I just have now decided to not return.

This was the Best Deli Ever. I had given it four stars but now they getting one.The food is good, but there's been several occasions what I ordered it's not same thing whenever I ask to be delivered .My orders always comes wrong .I spend alot of money for the food.At least they should be nice to the customer. The man answering the phone is very rude , has a nasty attitude. They lost a customer here.

The new owner is nasty and rude. Very bad attitude and a horrible business person who doesn’t care at all about this neighborhood deli. They may have remodeled the store but they burned this place to the ground in less than a few months. I loved the old owners - it was a family owned business with great customer service and great food for a reasonable price. The new owner sucks! And my childhood favorite place sucks too now!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

They never get any orders correct. Ordered multiple times hoping to get a better experience but don’t even bother with this trash place. They send out the food without looking at requests and customer service is also horrendous. Stay away from here.
