Employees don't speak English.. Ordered the overpriced SpongeBob meal and they didn't give the box it comes in. Tried explaining where's my box and just got blank stares broken English and the girl walked off. The box is part of what makes it overpriced guess my son doesn't get the proper meal experience..... Not worth going to.....

They didn’t have the capability to take any form of credit card. The ATM charges $4.75 for there service. A single star is the lowest , that can be given. ( Otherwise) no place to sit building is a gas station !! I won’t even get my gas there any longer.

My soda was just seltzer water instead of diet Dr. Pepper! I didn't take a sip until I got home and I sure wasn't going to turn around and drive back another 15 minutes to get another soda .

Placed a mobile order at 6:45pm. Arrived to the location five minutes later. I was second in line and waited about 10 minutes behind a truck at the window. Got to the window and waited an additional 5 minutes. One of the workers was inside yelling at people and had airbuds in as well. The window opened and the worker did not say a word to me when I said hello to her. She handed me a drink with the soda dripping down all the sides. Then my meal bag was handed to me. I drove and got onto sunrise highway. Took a fry out and they were stone cold. Unwrapped my cheeseburger. The ketchup was so heavily put o it was oozing out all sides of the burger and the buns were covered in it . Alas, there were no napkins in the bag, so I had to lick my hands like an animal while driving down the road. Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever gone to (this was me giving them another chance after having a long wait time before). Tried to request a refund and Burger King will only give a credit- so I can't even have my money back as I will NEVER go to this location again. Why spend my money on a place who does not care about customers?

If possible, I can give zero hearts. The service attitude of the people in this store is too rude. I often come here to buy things. On 5/31, I came to this store to buy things, and then my car was hit by someone. I wanted the store to check the video for me. I came three times, and the employee said they would find a manager. As a result, on the third day, a person who said he was the store manager came without a name tag and told me to find the general manager. In fact, it was a very simple matter, but they had to make it so complicated and find a lot of excuses. No one ever answered the general manager's phone. They also asked me to call the company. I had to ask the head of the head office for approval to check a ten-second video. These managers have no sense of responsibility at all. This service attitude can only make people feel disgusted. There is a problem with this management. I hope the company will see this comment and find someone to deal with it. This attitude towards customers will eventually close the store.

Ordered food online told me the time to pick it up, charged me for everything and when I got there it was closed at 1115. It says it's open til 1230! The ppl working there spoke no English and were rude and told me to go away. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible employees and customer service
