When it comes to eating, this place has that Sonic Drive-In/Friendly's vibe; the food (burgers, fries, chicken, etc.) may not be something to write home about (much of it is "alright" at best) but the desserts (ice cream, shakes, malts, floats, etc.) is where the menu truly shines! Each ice cream concoction (including one of my faves, Rocky Road) is stuffed to the brim with mix-ins and the shakes are just the right kind of thickness.The girls who served my friends and I were very friendly with warm smiles and polite suggestions to get the most out of our eating experience. They even let me sample a flavor of their ice cream (after which I knew I was getting dessert with my meal!) so I knew what I was in for.The ambiance has that charming Pizza Planet vibe to it (If you've seen the movie "Toy Story" you get it!) filled with outer space decor and space-themed names for the menu items making it very family-friendly. If it had an arcade (or at least just a few cabinets), that would be pretty cool! (I'm not knocking points off for that one btw!)The place is definitely a good place for quality desserts and customer experience. As for lunch or dinner, it's good but I'm pretty sure your local diner may satisfy you a bit more. Overall, I highly recommend anyone to give Cosmos a visit!Kid-friendliness: The outer-space decor screams kid-friendliness and so does the customer service of the employees.

Tiffani (owner) runs such a wonderful business with such a friendly staff who all make you feel like family! Also a huge plus that every menu item is fantastic! Strongly recommend the cosmic swirl and the over the moon fries! I always bring a cosmos cake the table now! You should do the same! Looking forward to our next space landing at cosmos ! Keep up the amazing work guys

This place is a favorite of our family. They have a space theme and it's decorated very creatively. Service is always very friendly. I had the pistachio soft serve ice cream. It was pretty good. The kids enjoyed their ice cream as well. This is a great spot in town to enjoy a treat in a fun place.

Omg what a fun joint!!!!My husband and I dined here yesterday. It's so extraterrestrial and cool! Alien items everywhere! The menu is adorable. Saturn rings, Pluto pickles - how awesome! It's definitely small on the inside so we ate outside. I ordered chicken fingers and fries and my husband ordered a burger. The prices are unbeatable. Great quality food for the price.For dessert, I had the dark chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream. It was probably one of the best ice creams I've ever had.Bottom line, visit.
Fun sci fi space theme with delicious extremely fair priced food. The cosmoclassic with pepper jack and jalapeños is my personal favorite. The Saturn's rings are the best onion rings I've had in a long time.
Whether I'm here for a burger or an ungodly amount of ice cream, I'm never disappointed. My go to order is the cosmo classic burger which is super delicious and flavorful. I've also heard great things about their grilled cheese. When it comes to the ice cream, don't be afraid to sample!! My top 3 are: Graham Central Station, Oatmeal Cookie Craving, and Caramel Cheesecake. The service is usually pleasant and positive and the ambiance is quite unique, as the establishment is decked out with alien themed items which makes for a fun experience. Also, shoutout to whoever created the names for the menu items because they're very on brand and out of this world ... get it? lol

This place blew my mind! Not only do they sell a variety of iconic Hershey's Ice Cream flavors, but they're also one of the only spots on Long Island to get Flavor Burst soft serve (which is becoming rarer and rarer these days), so that's great to have! The ice cream all tasted great, and the texture of the soft serve was perfect. The topping station there was so cute as well! It has a lot of different choices for you to put on your ice cream, and I loved how some of the toppings are made to fit the aesthetic of the place such as chocolate stars. Speaking of which, I can't say enough about how cute the place looks as a whole, I love the space theme and the colors. It's all so appealing to the eye and a wonderful atmosphere to eat at. I like how they're generous with free samples as well, and they offer some amazing ice cream cakes including Flavor Burst and even small treats like ice cream sandwiches, sundaes and dipped cones to take home. Think like Carvel. I didn't try most of the fast food but the burger was delicious (for a fast food burger, of course) - certainly a notch above national chains and delivering nostalgic taste while having a bit of a higher quality. The sautéed onions are a nice touch. My only gripe was the lack of cellular service while dining here but it's probably just with my mobile provider, so that's not really something the restaurant can control.
