Route 27 Pizza

Placed a simple 4 hero order by phone with 1/2 hour pick up time. When I arrived the place was empty, but looked like daughter in law and a few grandchildren were there picking up food. I think my order was pushed aside for their visit and food. I actually stood there for 30 min waiting for my heroes. This after, the owner, cook… picked up his granddaughter brought her to the car , talked for 10 minutes … came back in.. THEN started the heroes. If they were for me … I would have taken my money back and left … but I was picking up for my parents and it was already 7pm… no time to figure out something else. . I will never, ever walk in that place again. Customer service is lost there.

The pizza is on point, definitely one of the best spots on the island ?️.

Literally the best regular slice I’ve had in so long. A bunch of new pizza places make lazy floppy pizza. This place is the complete opposite. Every single time I’ve come into eat here I’ve had an amazing experience. Pizza is always super crispy and hot. Sauce is delicious. People here care about customers and their product

I placed an order to this pizza place because my friend highly recommended it. I ordered an eggplant parm hero with Voca sauce and I got no sauce and when I called the store back and tried to talk to a manager. I was told that the cook is the manager, and had to wait on the phone for at least 5 min. Finally the cook/manager got on the phone and told me he put sauce on my sandwich. He actually argued with me over it. I have been a manager at pizzerias for many years and I have never argued with any customers. I'm not saying the customer is always right, but there is a time and place..... when the delivery driver came back to give me my money I showed him the sandwich and even he agreed that there was no sauce. Long story short, lol, to late. Never ordering from here again and definitely telling everyone I know not to either

Ordered food, walked 25 minutes to pick it up and they hadn't even started making the food. Unapologetic people.

First time me and my husband ordered here. We got a flyer in the mail with their specials and figured we would give it a try. We ordered the $25 special with a 2 liter, large pie and Buffalo wings plus added garlic bread with mozzarella cheese (additional charge.) The pizza was absolutely delicious. One of the best I’ve had. The chicken wings were sauced a little heavy for my liking but overall everything was delicious and the value was even better. Will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.
