I am extremely picky when it comes to food and I only seek out the highest quality. I come to Americanos for exactly that—whether it’s for a sit-down brunch or a late-night takeout order on a Thursday. While the food is excellent, the service is what keeps me coming back, specifically because of Nick.
I rarely say this about servers because few can meet my expectations, but Nick is truly in a league of his own. He is consistently patient, attentive, and goes out of his way to ensure you’re getting the absolute best experience. To the owner or manager: please give this man his flowers! I’ve been coming here long enough to tell you that he is, without a doubt, the best of the best.

Came here for my friend’s birthday and was excited to try it. I got the Penne Firenze which was good, but pretty salty. The waitress was nice, but the service was slow. I’d go back to try something different on the menu. Very packed inside so make reservations!

We didn’t end up eating here because they didn’t have a mocktail menu to accommodate those who don’t drink. Cancelled our reservation and moved next door because they had a mocktail list with alcohol free spirits. A good suggestion for the bar manager!

Exceptional food from appetizers to main meals. Drinks were also very good. Our waitress Maya was very polite and helpful to all our needs.
Had a great experience today, the bartenders were phenomenal even the kid helping them was very attentive to us. We were surprised how fast our food was ready for how busy it was, definitely coming back here!!!!!!

Probably the worst experience I've ever had for take out pizza. Ordered a regular cheese pie online and got there to pick up 20 minutes later. Got in the car and opened the box to eat a hot slice, but this pie looked like it was sitting out for at least 35 minutes. It was cold. I should have just brought it back in.

It was good. Not great. A little disappointed after all the hype. Service was slow. Waits staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed. 20 minutes for drinks to arrive is unacceptable. One pasta dish which was requested with extra sauce was dry. Pizza selections were different and intriguing but were just ok. Great atmosphere and beautiful decor. Went in expecting a wow experience and it just wasn’t.

What a hidden gem. Great food - the portions are huge - the prices are reasonable compared to other restaurants and they have the nicest staff you ‘ll ever meet - Mia and Andrew’s are top notch! Don’t walk, run to this place! You won’t be disappointed!

I had the best experience at this place. Heather was an amazing waitress, she gave us great recommendations. The strawberry limoncello, the hot honey pizza, and the oreo cheesecake were great. Thank you to heather for being a great server and helping us choose our meals. Overall amazing experience!
