I have been patronizing this restaurant for a few years now and continue to go back when the opportunity presents itself to do so. I have recommended this place to others without regret and heard positive reviews afterwards. The food is always fresh, tasty, and certainly priced reasonably, the service is always good. The owner, Anthony, and GM, Tony (yes, different people) are very critical of their restaurant and take any feedback seriously.
Yes, they are still open for business despite some concerns earlier that they wouldn't be able to maintain the Islip location.

I first went to Dang BBQ when it first opened and never went back. This was my first time back since then at my Teens request. I must say I was impressed! I had a salad that was enough for two, lettuce was crisp, tomatoes juicy but not to ripe, and all the additional trimmings left me with a smile on my face. They also had live music that topped the dinner for me and my whole family. My husband also mentioned they also do a lot for the community, so we have added Dang to our list of frequently visited local spots.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Finally got to order the BBQ baby back ribs which were delicious! Meat was falling off the bones!! Also tried the chilli and loved that as well. Friendly staff, food was ready in no time! I will be back for more!!

Went here for a late lunch with my wife. We barely ate the food. The brisket and pork were cold. Pulled pork was not good. Oh and a beer is $10. Margarita was nothing special. $80 plus tip. I would've been better off at Chilli's
