I haven't been to Kleiber's since the new owner took over- until this wknd. I ordered a 3 ft italian/american hero for a party. The owner was very pleasant while taking my order and didn't try to upsell me, instead he offered to cut the slices thinner to make the hero last longer. Additionally, the hero included a pound of potato, macaroni, and slaw and a pickle/olive platter. The hero was circular and presented a veggie flower. It was a very nice looking hero, and all the food tasted fresh and delicious. Def recommended!

Love having this deli in the neighborhood! Always great food and the expanded menu is wonderful. Very nice take home meal selection. Staff is always friendly and greets me by name.

sandwich quality has been declining recently. bilge pump used to be my favorite sandwich of all time, and now its not. they used to toast the bread and slice the roast beef reaaall thin. now it comes cold and chewy.

Mediocre breakfast sandwiches at best and cashier felt intimidated by my presence even though i was nothing but kind and respectful. As i was making my coffee they placed my food on the counter and said absolutely nothing regarding if it was mine or not and as im standing there waiting for my food the woman in the back screaming what that guy was waiting for and why he was standing there referring to me... bizarre never again with this place

i have been to the old and new Kleiber's, and i have to say the new one doesn't pay as much attention to details. they are in such a hurry ( 2 out of 3 times)they get it wrong.

Great Deli, and the new owner John is super friendly and helpful. 12/10 would go back. Thanksgiving was just my hubby and I this year, we got 2 of their turkey dinner for one meals, it was enough for 4!
