Can’t say enough about this place. Kim provided one of the single most wonderful customer service experiences I’ve ever had in the short interaction I had with her. It was so good, I went right to my car and left this review. The breakfast sandwich was wonderful, and the iced coffee tasted fresh (I get it black, Lol). This may be the very first place I see a second time on a vacation away before I go.

By far one of the best hidden gems in the Ithaca area! Their all day breakfast burrito is fantastic, and the service is exceptional! It's a little more expensive than fast-food, but they certainly make up for it, both portion wise AND quality! Big shout out to Pete from Pete's Absolute Asphalt for letting me know about this place!

Alright, so: I went here solely because I thought it would be fast and convenient, as a little cafe/sandwich shop with only 4 items featured on their displayed menu. When it took 25 minutes after ordering to get a sandwich to go, I was fully prepared to give a lower rating. But then I ate the best reuben I've ever had. Next time I'll order online first, but otherwise I really can't complain about the quality.

So good! The people who work here are exceptionally kind and the food they make is delicious. We always get a Reuben and tiramisu or coffee cake (which is cinnamony and walnuty). You can sit outside on a nice day and they will bring you your order. I’m so lucky I live down the street!

Excellent food, great service, and the new addition gives plenty of room to enjoy inside.
I used to be a dishwasher at this restaurant. I was the only one that cleaned the dishes properly. The other dishwashers including all the employees but one person only rinsed the dishes and continued to use them. The items that get raw meat on them don’t get cleaned with bleach like they should so everything is cross contaminated with raw meat. They don’t wash their hands and only wear gloves when they feel like it. Almost all the employees go into the bathroom with their aprons on and come out with them on and continue to wear the same one throughout the day. The pastries never get thrown away all they do is reheat them and keep serving them days on end until the customers buy them all sometimes it can take up to a week or more. There is more that can be said about this place. It’s a disgusting place to eat and work I don’t recommend anyone going there unless they want to risk getting sick
