My name is Joe Slade. I came in on 6/8/2025 around 5pm. A young lady with a very professional yet inviting smile took my order. Her name was Marisa Traver and she was absolutely amazing! She was patient with me and my very limited knowledge of the menu. I wish more places took care of their customers the way she treated me. Whoever’s managing that place should give her a raise!

Ordered Online 4/21/25 @ Ithaca NY Elmira Road location. Upon arrival the chicken sandwich was in the bag waiting. After trying to get an employee’s attention the shift manager came to the counter. However it was not to help me. The manager ignored me and yelled to a worker who was off the clock “ …. I know your off the clock, but could you change the menu for me”. She then started to walk away. I asked openly as she was leaving “I ordered a chicken sandwich and fries can someone please help me?” A employee grabbed a bag off the counter and took it over to put what was suppose to be a large curly fry in the bag next to the fryer. The employee accidentally dropped the receipt when the manager asked to see the online order. The manager then bent over and grabbed the receipt off the dirty floor. Looked at the receipt, I’m not sure why. Perhaps to see if I was stealing? Either way this manage then placed the receipt i side my bag with the food. I began to ask why she would put anything that fell on the floor into a bag with fresh food. She seemed to ignore me and go about her business. So I then told her it was nasty that she would put anything in the bag which was on the floor and added that it was illegal to ask an employee who was off the clock to work in any capacity. She finally acknowledged me as I was leaving saying “YOUR NOT MY BOSS. YOU CANT TELL ME WHAT TO DO. HAVE A NICE DAY”. Once outside I immediately called Arby’s corporate and reported this violation. After completing my report I went home and tried to eat my food. It was completely cold. It was also completely horrible. The bacon was burned and so was the top of the bun. Pictures speak louder than words so here you go. I usual enjoy the food from Arby’s. Now I’m very concerned of health standards after seeing this happen right in front of me.

Employees had a flat affect and moved in slow motion. We ordered two roast beef. There was only one car ahead of us and it took us about 10 minutes to get our full meal when we opened up a roast beef sandwiches they were was burnt dried out meat that looked like shoe leather. They also forgot to give us sauce in the whole experience. We’ve been here about a half hour and finally got our sandwiches and the sauce, I do not recommend it and I think the ownership should Look into it.

The floor is always sticky, the young cashiers nice but completely clueless, and christ help me please actually use the mobile order pick up spot so I don't have to stand in line behind a white woman complaining about her coupons not working while I'm staring at my order, but i like it when they give me the meats

They cannot break 100 at noon on a Sunday with a $25 order. Absolute joke of a store and management. I’ll just go somewhere else with competent drawers that actually expects business at lunchtime on the weekend.

02/23/25 Stopped at the Ithaca NY store at 11:30 am. Looked like they were closed. Chairs tipped against tables. Not one clean table.no fries were made. No ice in soda dispenser, asked twice for ice, go give me a minute. No Ice. The counter and floor under tea dispenser was wet and sticky. Bathroom was just gross….paper towel dispenser did not work. Staff were like robots, no hello, may I help you, nothing. They were however yelling to each other in the back. Recommend DRIVE ON BY. WE WILL NEXT TIME….
