The evening manager was definitely less than friendly, the ketchup dispenser wasn’t even put together. This is 2 hours before the inside closes and 4 hours before drive through closes. The kid behind the counter acted like I asked for gold when I asked for ketchup packets which I hate to open. He gave me 4 packs for two people and 2 orders of fries.

This Arby's is the WORST! Employees with ripped jeans (barely enough material to be recognized as jeans). The milkshakes were underfilled. The"manager" left a stack of $$ on the counter which they handled while serving food and being ill-mannered and rude (at best)!

I like the roast beef & cheddar and my wife likes the reuben sandwich, but we both agree on the curly fries. We went for lunch and the restaurant was understaffed but they handled it like champs. It looked like there was only one cashier, one drive-thru person, and one cook, but they were friendly and we got our food quickly. Great teamwork!
