Just got home from visiting Asempe kitchen with two friends. I had never been there, but the food was delicious and the service was great. We were having such a good experience, we stayed until right before close accidentally, but no one made us feel rushed or unwelcome. I tried all of the entrees on the menu thanks to the combo option, the spinach dish was my favorite! The food here is amazing!!! I came in for parents weekend and my daughter and I went here for dinner. I was blown away by the food and the owner is so welcoming.
Get the platter and try some of everything - you won’t regret it.

The food was wonderfully flavorful and varied in its spicing and textures. Lovely service. Highly recommend. (We got the combo platter which is a 4-item sampler). All plant-based (except Sundays). Largely Ghanaian menu.
