I love shopping at bj’s the lunch meat alone saves us enough to cover our membership costs. We also own a farm and in the summer months are constantly buying water and other drinks for the field. The only complaint I have is that lately they have been having vendors there to promote services. When I was there yesterday AT&T was there and the reps would not leave me alone. This BJs is actually one of the nicer ones. It has a bakery, meat counter, and a deli in it. There are things here that aren't at all other BJs. The staff are always kind and pleasant. I have never had a bad experience here.

Most of the staff here are incredibly rude. On multiple occasions we have experienced disrespectful staff. For example, most recently, we arrived at 6:30pm on a Sunday, fully knowing that they close at 7pm. We knew exactly what we needed, but when we walked in the staff-woman at the door exclaimed "we close at seven" in a scolding tone. I understand a need to communicate a closing time, but the way it was delivered was unnecessary. I am sorry you have to work on Sunday nights...read full review
