Ordered online and went inside the store to pick it up. Marked and paid for cheese and extra pickles and asked in the store if the order was correct. Mind you I live across town from there. Got home and there was no cheese or pickles. The workers there are just too stoned to do anything right.

This Burger King used to be a fantastic, but now it’s always at least a 15 minute wait just to place an order and often longer to receive it.5 strikes in one month… depressing and unnecessary. Management could be making this place a mint with better service; instead, myself and 2 other cars just drove away while the manager on duty stood outside smoking a cigarette talking to someone in a parked car..

Horrible customer service, very slow, waited 30+ minutes with only 2 cars in front of me at peak hour (12pm) just to get told at the window they accept cash only. Something they could have told when I put my order in. Didn’t get any food and wasted over half my work break. Don’t go there if you value time.

First of all...the gal that brought my order out to my car was supper nice and helpful.But....I'm so shocked at the price I paid for a #1 whopper with cheese medium and an order of jalapeno cheese bites.$17.25 is outrageous. Whopper was drowning in mayo... barely edible. Tasted good...but needed a ton of napkins. I just can't see how they can think $17.25 is ok.I won't be back....sadly.

The worker's were nice but when I went there , they were freaking out about a spider problem. Big ol spiders were scaring the crew. They admitted they are having a spider problem with that location. The food was ok, no spiders in it, but the chicken fries were old. The fries were hot at least

This particular BK is so sad and pathetic. Not just once, but every time I come here it is understaffed and overwhelmed. They can barely function. Always a wait. The poor staff always seems to be frazzled. They need a better manager.

Never had a problem at this location yet. I usually order online and go through the drive thru. My orders have been correct, hot, and taste good. Also download the app to get offers and deals if you think its too expensive. I got 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries for 6 dollars the other day.

A very poorly managed location. Twice I have had to wait in long queues, burger delivered was cold, order was wrong and once I was overcharged. The server got annoyed when I asked for why they were charging more than the amount listed on their menu. Go to Dunkin donuts across the street if you are really very hungry or buy something from PNC fresh.

Pulled up to the door and there was a hand written note saying that the dining room was closed, to use the drive thru. After about several minutes of waiting, the person on the speaker told the car in front of us that there was only one person working in the kitchen. Nothing fast about a restaurant without workers.
Service was awful, seemed like employee did not know what was going on, gave our order to the wrong people, was here waiting for 3 burgers for 45 minutes when the place was a ghost town, will not be returning here

This place is a joke 90% of the company is ran over Facebook messenger, they treat there workers like dog ? they don’t pay accordingly, burgers are 95% of the time burnt with cold fries, and the dining room and kitchen are a disaster code needs to shut this place down they have rodents, lazy workers and poor management. Very I’ll customer service.

The food tasted dry. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it took about 15 minutes for me to get my food, didn't taste fresh but the bun was ok.

Some staff there very reluctantly to take orders. I am waiting for over 10 minutes to finally order something (I am not waiting in a line). The staff just ignore that they have people in front of the counter. Food is not good. Never go there again.
