Friendly staff and good variety of specials. Although with all the business we bring I was surprised they could not accommodate selling JUST the onion rings side that the special came with. I wanted to have a salad and the rings vs. the BBQ sandwich special and rings but was told they couldn't do that. Really? Seems like a simple ask for the sake of good customer service.
Quality of food is good and the soups are excellent.

The food is quality (Serendipity is a professional catering service). I go downstairs almost everyday and buy lunch there. I really like the employees.

The special was good today, but, we did not appreciate having to wait for more chicken....someone should have been on that before you ran out. Then we when got our order it looked like one order was split between us and we both paid full price. Orders we say come out before ours held much more as did the ones that came out after.

If you see a cinnamon roll at Serendipity, buy it. They don't make them all that often but when they do, it's worth the calories.

Serendipity catering is in the basement. The parfait is good and they have Gimme coffee. Open M-F until 2PM.
