I ordered the spinner zone calzone (spinach, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic) and there was barely any spinach and no ricotta. I was so disappointed. There was also not enough sauce to go with the food. Photo of what I ordered versus what I got. Also had 0 flavor.

Worker staff very rude and disrespectful. The calzone took so long and was cold and when I asked about my order, the lazy guy just says 'I dunno'. Useless workers lol, never coming again.

Ordered Big Red Zone (chicken bacon ranch) takeout in person. Still tastes pretty good after 15 min walk back to my apartment even though it's lukewarm at this point. Marinara is just the right amount for a calzone although I'd prefer a warm sauce. Menu price $10.75 already includes tax, which is nice for diverse students at Cornell.

Dp dough is trash now. Long time fan of this company. My last order was absolutely joke. Order cheesy bacon tots barely any cheese like half order instead of full order. Calazones half filled. Such huge disappointment.

Charged me for my food and never gave it to me. Then proceeded to have a bad temper when I asked them to either give me my food or refund me. People I was with felt like they were being racist because of the way the employees were treating me for bringing up a valid issue (paying for food I didnt get) compared to how they were treating other customers

We ordered over 2 hours ago and waited outside for our food to be delivered. The place is less than 10 mins away and we have not gotten our food. We called them multiple times and asked for updates on the location, they were extremely rude over the phone and hung up on us multiple times. We were then told that it was dropped off already (we were standing outside…). Then the worker suggested maybe it was stolen and proceeded to hang up the phone when we asked for a refund. Do not order from here!

while the RIT/Henrietta Dp Dough will always have my heart, Ithaca Dp Dough is great as well! Incredibly fast delivery, orders have been correct and delicious! Dont think I could ever live in a city that doesnt have a DP dough.

Calzones were very crispy from out side, and sift from inside. Very much recommended for first time visitor in Cornell. Food was not very oily as well.

I ordered two calzones (neither with bacon/pork). I left a comment telling the staff to specifically make sure not to add pork to my calzones.
Guess what? They got my order wrong anyway and got me a calzone that had bacon in it. I was the only customer at that time too, so this was very disappointing.
Dietary restrictions: Did not respect my dietary restrictions.
Terrible experience…. Waited hours to get our food and was told theyd deliver it before they closed. Here it is 5am and no food. Never again
The only option open late.
