Where do we start? Walking in, there was a wait of 25 mins which shouldn't have been a thing because there were many open tables. The real reason? You had 4 hosts/waitresses on their phones the entire time we were standing and waiting. When finally sat, Theresa warned us the kitchen was backed up. She was nice but was definitely flustered by the happenings of the evening and it showed. She did try but we saw periods of a not so great attitude. Our appetizer took 20-25 minutes and the mozzarella sticks were cold. Why didn't we say something there? Cause we could tell the atmosphere was not good and were hungry so we took it as a sign to just get our food and get out as quickly as possible. Our food was mediocre at best. The young man who corrected a mistake by Theresa, was quick, attentive and was the best part of the night. He should be considered for a management position because he corrected the mistakes and even said himself "the kitchen needs to do better." This place needs a serious overhaul behind the scenes. We didn't see a manager walking around checking on tables, we barely saw our waitress, and there was some seriously inebriated guys at the bar right behind us that almost stumbled right into my fiancée. We understand it's a bar, we understand it was margarita night but there really was no excuse for this service. As we left, we overheard a host tell a bigger party it was a 50 minute wait. Half the restaurant was empty. We all laughed as we left. All the while, hostesses were on their phones still.

Went to eat yesterday and now my whole family including myself have food poisoning. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Terrible cooks and terrible service. Highly disappointed.

They forgot my Mac and cheese with my to go order. I called them and went back to get it as I live close. The portion was so small, it wasn’t worth the trip. I ordered a steak dinner and had to pay an extra 50 cents for the Mac and cheese. Happy with the steak and broccoli but not the Mac and cheese portion. Normally I’d get loaded potatoes and they come in a bigger container than this. I spent $26.23 for this meal. (To go order, no tip)

Egg rolls were limp, burger cold, Texas hot moz were gross. No "hot", no melty cheese. Pushing food out for the cash not quality. For $20 I'll get taco bell next time.

Came in for my veterans meal. I was by myself and was place at a table near the bar. 3 people came in after me and sat in the table in front of me. Their server got them drinks and chips/salsa before my server even showed up. But I still ordered my food before them, cause they wanted a minute to look. Guess who got their food first, yep the three people who came in and ordered after me. The chicken was rubber and stringy, half my fries were almost raw, the other half weren't burnt to a crisp. Only when I had a phone call that she could interrupt did my server finally come back, an said sir do you need anything. I said the check because I'm done
