I've been waiting in line for 45 mins and still haven't even gotten a burrito yet. I've just been watching the same guy who is likely absolutely cooked af struggle to make every order. Other employees keep appearing but it's just this one guy putting together orders and it's absolutely brutal. Worst Chipotle experience ever, by far

That place is absolutely disgusting! Every table had food all over it. They had no rice, their work area was so filthy and covered in food. There was zero ice, zero utensils, the soda was watered down. The wait for food was so long. They took my friends order and then walked away as she stood there for prob 10 mins waiting. They were understaffed, didn’t seem to care about their customers.

Delivery order, despite the fact that I’ve had issues with in person orders as well. 1 bowl took over 2 hours, because they ran out of rice. Bowl was missing every other topping, I could have scooped more of a portion with the handle side of a spoon. Chicken was burnt, Toppings were missing, no bowl from a fast food place should take two hours and cost several dollars more than in person.

Consistently behind. There is no point at even ordering ahead anymore from this location. Currently sitting here over an hour after placing my order online. It is my fault for even giving it another chance. The last two times were the same and also each of those times the orders were messed up. If you pay the high amount they charge for guacamole you better check before leaving the store that they included it.
Each time I’ve been here the service has been appalling. Employees forced customers to order online, then after your order was put through, they started helping people in person, prioritizing them even though they arrived later. When confronted about serving them despite our order being put in for half an hour and not even started on we were told that it was “our fault” for not being in line. Online orders cannot be cancelled so we were forced to wait for an hour for our food.

I’m pretty sure that if you order online the workers don’t try very hard to make your burrito. One half of my burrito was pure overcooked rice and sour cream, and the other half was everything else. Almost no cheese. The location is disgusting. The food is almost good, but either management just doesn’t teach the workers how to make a proper burrito, or the workers just can’t be asked to put effort into making people’s food. this is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever seen. If you want Mexican food, go to one of the locally owned sit-down restaurants in Ithaca they’re 1000x better

Their closing staff is an absolute joke. Prep cook let rice run out, front staff wants to have conversations with coworkers instead of taking orders and even with a mostly empty restaurant i waited almost 5 minutes to order

We came in around 7pm on 3/10 for one honey Chipotle chicken bowl. The line was to the door, MANY to-go orders and we watched a huge catering order go out. From beginning of line to cashing out probably took close to an hour.
JAMIE! HUGE PROPS TO THIS ENERGETIC, ENTHUSIASTIC man and his amazing level of patience; as he was completely alone building bowls and burritos. He also kept the fresh food flowing out from the kitchen. GIVE HIM A RAISE!! Fresh chicken, fresh rice, fresh blk beans, fresh guac. My fiancé was very happy with his bowl.
