This is Chipotle has some issues. The food is good and I actually got a chance to talk to. It was either a general manager or regional manager that happened to be there and he was very nice and accommodating so I had a pleasant experience with him. I noticed that this particular location that I always see a lot of workers in the background, but there's always only one person making orders. There should be at least two to three in order to get those lines through so people don't have to wait as long. Also, I noticed that this location often isn't very clean. Workers should be taking turns to make sure that the place stays clean when I want to sit down in there and I have to clean the table myself. Other than that, not terrible.

I usually love Chipotle, but this location was a disappointment. When I went to order a steak bowl, they said they were cutting it (I was watching the gentleman cutting it right behind the counter). I told them I didn’t mind waiting for the steak to be cut. “Magically” another worker comes out from the kitchen with steak in a bowl. To continue, they have me an extremely small portion of the tops I asked for. The person I went with is on the smaller side, & they received a full bowl… Every thinner person in the restaurant had a full bowl, and I was lucky if I got a 1/3 of a portion. Additionally, it was noon when we went in, however almost every table still had the chairs up on the table top - thus limiting the seating. I won’t be attending this location again.

My daughter and friend got food from chipotle in Ithaca, NY on Meadow street , and there was a bug in my daughter’s food. It was absolutely disgusting looking and when call the 800 number lady advise they can’t issue her a refund, will only offer her 2 free meals. Called the manager at Ithaca location, explained what happened he as well said no refund came be given. When I asked for his full name he disconnected . I would never go back there and will escalate this

Very sad to say, but this was one of the dirtiest Chipotles I’ve ever been to. First of all, the front door and glass looked like it had never been cleaned and was smeared with food and finger prints. The trash cans were all overflowing. The counter where the employees serve the food from had so much food spilled on it that when we got our bowls the food was all stuck to the bottom. Every table looked about as good as the front door, and we had to clean our chairs to avoid sitting on spilled rice and sauce. But the worst was the bathroom which had no toilet paper and stuff all over the floor.
We almost walked out but we were starving. I’m honestly surprised we didn’t get sick.
It’s a shame because we aren’t picky people and we love Chipotle. But we might be second guessing it from now on because of this experience.
