Extremely rude staff. They have a weird system of ordering food in the back, so I was in line for 10 minutes in the front when the lady told me “I don’t do that here you have to go back to the back.” I was basically ignored after that. What a treatment. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place.

“A great space to enjoy CTB downtown”
This is the downtown branch of CTB. Since it is a place loved by the people of Ithaca, shouldn't many people be able to enjoy it? As hoped, #CTB Downtown branch is a location where you can enjoy CTB more comfortably.
The food is very delicious, as already mentioned in the review of the main branch, but the additional advantage of the new building is that it is more spacious and comfortable. However, it is a bit disappointing that some of the main store's menu cannot be ordered here.
Bagels you can't miss when you come to Ithaca!
PS: This restaurant also serves as a bar where you can enjoy alcohol, and surprisingly, they also sell Korean distilled soju. Coming to this rural area in America and seeing Korean soju advertisements haha
