Best variety of ice cream in the town..
Parking: There is a lot of parking space available just opposite to dairy bar.
Kid-friendliness: The place is really kid friendly. They have special kids size ice cream. And an artificial cow stands in the hall which the kids really enjoy seeing. The place is opposite to botanical gardens so one can also take ice cream and go sit in the garden with kids
Wheelchair accessibility: Place is accessible by wheel chair through the side doors..

“The culmination of the technology of Cornell University of Agriculture and Life Sciences”
Cornell University is especially famous for agriculture.
So, dairy production technology is well developed, and social connectivity with famous food companies and dairy companies around the world is very good.
I think this is an area that our country’s universities need to learn from and create a proper global network.
It is said that the Food Science Department was established in 1880 based on that technology.
Of course, there were many historical changes in the meantime, the most notable being the Cornell Dairy Research Facility, which was officially established in 1923. Cornell Dairy Bar serves as a wonderful practice and production site that expresses the institute's technology and education.
All of Cornell University's restaurants, as well as many restaurants and groceries in Ithaca, use and sell a lot of Cornell University dairy products, and the headquarters is the Cornell Dairy Bar located within the university.
Cornell Dairy Bar was officially launched in the 1950s, so this store is already over 80 years old (of course, it is now in a new building).
The main product is ice cream, but milk and desserts are also sold.
Ice cream and dairy products here are also an inevitable shower if you're visiting Ithaca.
This is because all cafeterias within the school use this product for milk and ice cream.
The ice cream, unlike Italian gelato, is American-style and creamy.
Rather than the ingredients being incredibly strong, does it have a natural taste mixed with the creaminess of the milk?
The unique texture of this restaurant, which is definitely different from the gelato I had in New York, is impressive.
If you visit Cornell University, this house will be a must-visit course that you cannot miss.

The best ice cream you could ask for at a phenomenal price. The large waffle cone allows you to order up to four different flavors. My advice, don't order more because two are much bigger than in a conventional ice cream parlor.
