The worker at the front was the only person there, so it took an hour to get our food and lattes. We were very late to our appointment because we were waiting so long. The owner should have more than one person working there. We had mo idea it would take that long to get our food. The kid was trying the best he could, but the wait was ridiculous.

If you're from out of town, this in the mall & the mall entrance is not labeled ( no sign ) ~ meaning that that particular mall entrance does not even have a sign over the door saying ' Mall '

Ordered the Philly cheese steak special and side salad. I wanted the cheese steak ingredients in a bowl without bread because I’m not eating bread. I knew it’d be a smaller portion but I didn’t expect to have about 3 tbs of ingredients- not even enough for a sandwich. The salad was just spring mix lettuce… about a handful, if that. With a drink and tip I paid $20. Not worth it at all.

Stopped in for lunch with my friend and we each got a Latte and a melt they had. Service was amazing, unfortunately I can't remember the servers name, but the lattes were delicious. Even though the barista was very busy, the food got there pretty quickly for being the only employee there at the time, and both the Southwest Melt and the Caprese melt were very appetizing. Would absolutely stop in to get lunch or breakfast for there or to go.

The loud pop-rock and overly colorful decor make it hard to chill and relax here. I would suggest switching to a more subdued color scheme and perhaps some jazz at a lower volume. Also, some of the seats give you no convenient place to put down your coffee. I'm referring specifically to the leather sofas in the corner on the right when you enter and are facing the counter. Every seat should have a place to put down a cup of coffee that is at a convenient height. The coffee itself tasted fine.

I have to agree with JasmineS’s review: the service for food is so SLOW!! I waited about 20 minutes for a sandwich (even though I was the only customer) and was late for an appointment as a result. I’d like to keep coming back since food and ambience are good, but the staff need to pick up the pace first.
Everything is amazing. Seriously. I have been coming herenfor many years, sunce they first opened their doors. They have consistently delivered excellent service, excellent food, and excellent drinks. I make it a point to visit a while every time I come to Ithaca. I do encourage people to be patient when it gets busy here: they usually have a small staff on duty and if you come during a rush, you will just have to wait. Remember, this isn’t some big corporation! It’s owned and operated by members of the community, for members of the community. Try them out and enjoy your visit, you will NOT regret it!

Cozy little spot with wi-fi and comfortable seating to relax and enjoy some coffee while chatting with friends or doing some work. The coffee was tasty and Naomi was very friendly and talked with me for a little while. She also has excellent music taste.Be sure to visit her new location when they open up in Endicott!
