Stopped in for lunch with my friend and we each got a Latte and a melt they had. Service was amazing, unfortunately I can't remember the servers name, but the lattes were delicious. Even though the barista was very busy, the food got there pretty quickly for being the only employee there at the time, and both the Southwest Melt and the Caprese melt were very appetizing. Would absolutely stop in to get lunch or breakfast for there or to go.

The loud pop-rock and overly colorful decor make it hard to chill and relax here. I would suggest switching to a more subdued color scheme and perhaps some jazz at a lower volume. Also, some of the seats give you no convenient place to put down your coffee. I'm referring specifically to the leather sofas in the corner on the right when you enter and are facing the counter. Every seat should have a place to put down a cup of coffee that is at a convenient height. The coffee itself tasted fine.

I have to agree with JasmineS’s review: the service for food is so SLOW!! I waited about 20 minutes for a sandwich (even though I was the only customer) and was late for an appointment as a result. I’d like to keep coming back since food and ambience are good, but the staff need to pick up the pace first.

Everything is amazing. Seriously. I have been coming herenfor many years, sunce they first opened their doors. They have consistently delivered excellent service, excellent food, and excellent drinks. I make it a point to visit a while every time I come to Ithaca. I do encourage people to be patient when it gets busy here: they usually have a small staff on duty and if you come during a rush, you will just have to wait. Remember, this isn’t some big corporation! It’s owned and operated by members of the community, for members of the community. Try them out and enjoy your visit, you will NOT regret it!

Cozy little spot with wi-fi and comfortable seating to relax and enjoy some coffee while chatting with friends or doing some work. The coffee was tasty and Naomi was very friendly and talked with me for a little while. She also has excellent music taste.Be sure to visit her new location when they open up in Endicott!

You can get freshly pressed juice here! Whenever I work in the mall this is my "go to" joint. Chef salad, no dairy, no meat and a fresh pressed juice. They always get it right. The girls are super nice too.Edit: had to edit it because lately the service has been very "hit or miss." They usually only have one person working in there. I don't know if that person has been instructed to take an order and then make it, then take an order and make it, but that system is set up for failure. There are times I've been the 3rd person waiting in line and have waited 15+ minutes just to have my order taken!!!!! If you're running late or only have a couple of minutes to spare then don't come here. A better system would be to take 2 or 3 orders (depending on how many people are in line and how much the person making the orders can multi task) and to make them all at once. Let people know that for kitchen orders it can take 15 to 20 minutes before the person pays so they can determine if they have the time to wait. I'd love to patronize this business more, but to wait in line for over 15 min just to have my order taken and there's only 2 single people ahead of me is beyond ridiculous. Dont have anywhere to be? Then this is the place for you. Need to be somewhere and only have 15 min to spare?- then to go Starbucks in target. I won't be coming here again to update because this keeps happening. I'm just over it.

I don't have any photos, but its so convenient and cute! it was so comforting with the lights and decorations. I feel like I could sit there for hours just drinking a coffee. you can tell they put effort into their work and I love it! the way its just there in the mall too makes it better too, so you can get a delicious coffee and walk around with friends or family to shop! the workers are so nice and I would definitely go here again!xoxo, Love u all <3

Haven’t been here in a while and really sad to see how it’s gotten. The counter person (young woman with dark hair and Cornell shirt) was kinda of stand offish. I can understand having a hard day so I hope she feels better but I asked how she was doing and waited for her to let me know when she was ready and she kinda just stared at me. I asked if she was waiting for me to order. I didn’t want to be rude and assume she was ready. Then the French onion soup is only one size now. And at that its the cup size which seems crazy to be $7 and it only to come in a cup size. The bowl size for other soup like chili is $6.50. I hope this place can see better employment because I used to come here all the time when I worked. Tuna Melt is still the best in town. Update: the tuna melt is different! It doesn’t have all the good veggies mixed in :( missing pickles and such inside that made it so good. Also had to go back and ask for cheese and croutons on both soups.
