2nd time ordering delivery from this place where a drink is advertised to come with a topping and they dont give the topping. it makes me so sad please just give me the topping i paid for… my drink with no topping :(

Very rude customer service. There was no line, barely any customers, but the lady let us idle at the counter for about 8-10 minutes without telling us how to order (apparently they have a different system there, we were new customers). She was moving boxes before that, had a black streak across her hand, did not wash them, just put a glove on the other hand. I was too tired to make a fuss, but it was gross. While we were waiting for her to take our order, she just scowled at us....

This is the best bubble tea and poke in Ithaca! This restaurant is in the perfect location if you're traveling out of Ithaca by bus, and they have really great hours. I'm looking forward to stopping by here when I come back to Ithaca.
