Twice now I’ve stopped at this Dunkin to pick up a walk in order and they have locked their doors during open hours. And both time they are still taking drive through order, but the line takes FOREVER. Not sure what’s up with this store but I have never written a bad review before, for anything until today.

Did a walk in order so I could grab it and go to work. Door was locked with no sign, had to wait in line because I can't cancel my order and was late. Don't go here.

Sat in this Dunkin for 40 minutes which gave me plenty of time to wonder about what kind of a moron can’t make a wake up wrap, bacon, hash browns, and two drinks in almost an hour long time frame. Here I was thinking mobile order was the fast lane, jokes on me while I wait for my food watching at least a dozen other people order and get their orders before mine is completed. Staff is rude and inefficient, what a disgrace. And to top it all off, I got to my truck just to realize they can’t even put a fork in my bag.

This place sucks!!! Womens bathroom had a out of order sign on it only to find out after waiting several minutes for mens room to open that the women bathroom was for staff only!!!! Men's room you needed a key also it was nasty!!! Outside trashcan overflowing inside needed to also be cleaned up! Service slow with about 6 or 8 staff on!!! No salt and pepper! This starts with the management!!! Come on people get your shit together and do your job!!! As management it's your job to make sure your business is ran properly!! If you can't control your staff than you need new and better management! I have never been a manager but I definitely could and would do a much better job!!

One aspect of my experience which happens to be the type to leave a long lasting impact is shared at the end of the review and the major reason for the low review. While I got my food quickly from ordering at the kiosk. I was shocked to see the person about to handle and bag my donuts taking their last bite out of a donut that was in their hand, gross. If you need to take a break to snack, step away from food preparation areas, snack and wash your hands before returning to work area.

I think drive through is faster. Also, walk-in is hard to park in the morning cuz there is long line of drive-through and people park weirdly. Staff seems to be very stressed and busy, my sandwich was almost thrown on the counter..

Show up at 7:47 and they don't have the hot food open

Go to the other location every morning even earlier and they have hot food no problem but the one time I need to come to this location they cannot provide what I need to "run on Dunkin" a bit ridiculous they didn't say "we're having problems getting the hot food up and running" they just said "hot food isn't open yet" why not you open at like 6 but still no hot food almost 2 hours later? Cool cool

This is the worst experience for DD that we ever had. Place has only one kiosk to order inside and one drive through lane. It took 45 min to get a cup of coffee on Saturday morning

Everything was ok other than we received the completely wrong order of doughnuts and had to go back to the store and get what we ordered but when we got back they didn't have enough of the ones we. Wanted to fill the order and had to compromise for other ones that were ok I guess!
