Waited in the drive thru line for five minutes, and when it was my time to order the person started laughing at my stutter. It happened twice and I left without ordering. Honestly disgusting.

This is the worst DD I ever visited. They screwed up the plainest egg and cheese on a bagel, by burning the bagel. The line was super long and we could not receive our order in time. Their bathroom is dirty and worn out, access to which has to granted by a stuff member with a key walking you to the bathroom, with the key in the staff members hands. Very ridiculous place with no DD standards being maintained there.

every time i go they never know how to do anything. one time i had to wait 15 minutes just for a single bagel. another time i went nobody knew how to make iced coffees and i was forced to get a refund. everybody here sucks and cant do their job. i get pissed off every time i go. not only that but the door was locked and i couldnt use the bathroom. im never going back to this dunkin
The espresso machine is apparently down can’t make simple drinks I guess.

Recently workers locked the door to walk in customers but catered to drive through. Unacceptable. Also unacceptable that staff put out of order sign on women's bathroom. However, there was nothing wrong with the bathroom. The workers intentionally blocked customers from using women's bathroom so that workers would be the only people using it.

Dunkin is just phoning it in. Their service is pretty much always abysmal, but the food is usually ok, and the coffee is always good.
The coffee is still undeniably great, but seriously with the food? You can’t do better than a burned sandwich?

All tables are dirty. We waited 20 minutes to order the food (no cashier at the front) and another 20 the receive our food! a quick dunkin run turned into an hour WASTED! would give zero stars. never coming again
