I ordered only a signature latte in the app and they couldn't be bothered to put the cinnamon sugar or caramel drizzle on. The order is written out in front of you on a sticker and on the computer and you still can't make it correctly. Rhe staff was rude. And there was a homeless person blocking the driveway so they could collect empty cans. Will never be back.

Cesspool of incompetence

They somehow fail to receive your order online, then forget the entire thing as if you were never there (and speak to you as if you're a dunce, whereas the mirror is *right there*)

I placed a medium order at 7:23 AM and arrived at 8:30 AM to pick it up. I knocked several times, yet no one came to acknowledge me or offer any assistance. When I called someone finally did respond, I was told that I needed to wait in line and that parts of my order were not even available. I was also informed that I would need to figure out how to cancel the order on my own.

This entire experience was audacious, unhelpful, and mean spirited. It showed a lack of care, effort, and basic courtesy, especially given that I planned ahead and arrived on time. The treatment I received was simply rude and unacceptable.

It will take 30 minutes to get your food. And once you get your food from inside and are finally done waiting they will throw your food. This one worker Samira or something like that missed 2 of my items and once I tell them I am missing some items. The girl that threw my food proceeds to tell me I’m lying and if how they checked the camera I would be lying. Bad experience do not go here

Ladies room door didn't open, no out of order sign. Had to use the mens, usually no biggie but the Tp holder was broken, the floor was disgusting and they were out of soap. It costs 2 to run to the dollar store for soap.

A piece of the wall fell off while we were standing in the lobby. And I tried to order at the front, the lady looked at me and walk away. They messed up my order and got an attitude with me when I told them. Customer service was just all around awful.

I waited in the drive thru line and when I got to the speaker and placed my order. I was then rudely interrupted and told that they were “too busy” to make any food. This has happened on multiple occasions and needs to be addressed

UPDATE: They did it to me once again today. I have talked to numerous of my friends who have worked at Dunkin before who told me that if I did what this location is doing here they would be fired. I have had enough and will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning

My recent visit to this Dunkin was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience felt completely impersonal. With orders being taken exclusively through mobile apps or kiosks, there was no human interaction whatsoever, making me feel unimportant and unwanted.
​DUnkin's customer service felt impersonal, with long wait times and generic automated responses that made customers feel like just another number. It's clear that the focus is on automation rather than on the customer.
​To make matters worse, the coffee I ordered was old and burnt. It’s a shame when the product is just as disappointing as the service. This was a very impersonal visit, and I won't be returning.

This is the worst DD I ever visited. They screwed up the plainest egg and cheese on a bagel, by burning the bagel. The line was super long and we could not receive our order in time. Their bathroom is dirty and worn out, access to which has to granted by a stuff member with a key walking you to the bathroom, with the key in the staff members hands. Very ridiculous place with no DD standards being maintained there.
