I used to frequent this dd. But this is the third time I'm about a month that I came to this Dunkin when it was supposed to be open inside, after 7am, clearly serving people in the drive thru, for them to look at me through the glass and stare and ignore me, or shrug and tell me they aren't open. If y'all aren't ready, at least let me in..it's clearly 20 degrees. And I'm not in a car. Some of us have schedules to keep. The GM of this store is great, super nice guy. Please be open when you're supposed to be, please.

Everything is never made the way you order it if you get a breakfast sandwich it's either under cooked or burnt they truly suck there everyone has attitude and will ignore you save your money this location needs to be shut down or retrained by someone from the dunkin by kohl'

They save the old iced coffee overnight and reuse it the next day which is just disgusting. The customer service is just about the worst you will get from anywhere. If you go to this dunkin, expect to wait atleast 15 minutes even for just 1 coffee, nobody acknowledges you, they seem annoyed by having to take your order. It's just over all a horrible experience

I ordered a couple drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Egg was chewy and not made way it was
Pulled up to the drive thru, waited a while no one came on the mic. Left drove around saw people inside, so I thought maybe the mic wasn't working. I go inside to place an order. 5 female workers just standing there giggling, 2 of em weren't even in uniform. Whatever tho, no one comes up to take my order. So of course I just do the kiosk. Male worker comes inside. He makes my coffee which after I left realized it was cold. I overhear 1 worker tell the other, "if anyone comes to the drive thru just ignore them, they'll leave". I also ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I was literally the only person there and they couldn't even take the time to put the stupid cream cheese on the bagel. Gave me two sides of cream cheese. Hope I never have to see these chicks again if I ever go back. I love dunkin but hate this experience that I just had.

I purposely placed an order for walking pick up on their ridiculous app I come to pick it up and they are closed for walk-ins so I now have to sit online for 15 plus minutes to get 2 cups of coffee and I can't cancel the order because they already have my money. Do yourself a favor go to Starbucks.

I tried to go in to order, stood at door that was locked even though they were open, then knocked on window.. was ignored even though they looked at me, then walked up to drive thru where they said they would open door and then they still didn’t, it was a horrible experience and they had 4 people working. It was not as if the person was alone

Very rude. The girl yelled at us and said our donuts were on the counter and then says "I only said it like 3 times" (my mom doesn't have her hearing aids in and if didn't hear them they obviously didn't say it loud enough) and when the girl was making our drinks she said to her coworker "so gross I don't know how people drink these. Would've definitely given 0 stars if that was possible.

I ordered half dozen donuts and hash brown from mobile app. When I reached there, the guy told me they're out of donuts and I only took hash browns. But when I checked my card, they didn't refund the money. I called them after waiting for 2 weeks since the purchase, the manager was so rude and was not willing to help me and she hung up the phone so rudely. Let me mention here that I was talking to her nicely but still she was frustrated with my questions and hung up the call. Why do you work in customer service if you don't like to verify things to the customers? I don't recommend this store to anyone.Parking: nothing
