I waited 20 minutes and still didn’t order for I was trapped in line. If I would have known how long I’d be waiting I would’ve left before a car pulled up behind me. This can really affect someone’s job on the way to work, being late. There were only three cars ahead of me and I waited that long to get out of the line. I will no longer go there, horrible service.

Took 20 minutes to get a simple order and 3 of the six items were delivered incorrectly. There was only one other customer in the store at the time. Staff handled it poorly and became confrontational. Somehow, the drive through seemed to breeze through order after order without delay.

Pine tree Road Dunkin I got bitched out because she said on the microphone she would be right with me I said this is Joyce pull ahead she said and when I got up to the window she said when I tell you I will be right with you that what I mean don’t talk over me you can wait till I’m ready to take your order I had pre order my order working a 16 hour day I work 7 day a week I didn’t need that and I didn’t talk over her when she got done I said this is Joyce I will never go there again

They really need to do a complete sweep on the staff here. They are super rude for absolutely no reason, no matter how polite you are to them. I was the only one in the drive through and I was met with attitude by the 2 employees working, like I'm inconveniencing them for being there. I've been coming to this location for a long time and this is the worst service I've seen here. I'm just being honest, the coffee I ordered does not taste good enough to make up for the sass I received.

We live closest to this Dunkin and will be driving 15-30 minutes to get coffee elsewhere for now on. They usually take about 5-10 minutes wait time per car and will repeat your order back to you but are still able to punch in different things on their end so you end up with the wrong order. Their items are also subpar, even compared to other Dunkins in the area
