We live closest to this Dunkin and will be driving 15-30 minutes to get coffee elsewhere for now on. They usually take about 5-10 minutes wait time per car and will repeat your order back to you but are still able to punch in different things on their end so you end up with the wrong order. Their items are also subpar, even compared to other Dunkins in the area

I had to turn around after 15 mnts driving from store because they messed up the order just to get attitude. Rude people no matter how nice you being. I used to stop there everyday for lunch but never again tbh. I would do the extra 10 minutes to the next one from now on.

Still just barely the last resort Dunkin, only go this this Dunkin if the one across town is really busy, this location never really seems to be on top of things this morning I order "bagel" they say "okay" I say "donut" they say "okay" then I say coffee with French vanilla and sugar and they apparently heard "2 coffees" so I have to correct them to one coffee as I stated a moment earlier and when we get to the window no donut.... So why did you say "okay" as in you got it when I said donut for my order? Workers feel more tired then the customers they serve

By far the worst customer service ever. I don’t know that it’s company policy to talk shit about your own customers behind the counter but that’s not how you run a business. The food has always been badly made and the coffee is terrible. Orders are more than often wrong. None of the staff seem happy to work there.

I'm done giving this one chances over and over. Today I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk and they gave me a latte with milk and almond milk. I can't have espresso or whole milk. I ordered an egg and cheese on a croissant toasted dark and it wasn't toasted. I also ordered hashbrowns that weren't cooked all the way and cold.

this dunkin is by far the worst in all of upstate new york. half the time they are closed or the lobby is closed or if by some miracle they are open and there lobby is too, be prepared to be waiting close to half an hour for a coffee and sandwich. i don’t know what there problem is considering any other dunkin i go to has no problem getting drinks and foods out.

**Update: 6:20A morning 2 had to call out several times to get any response from the drive through to just place our order. Maps says 'less busier than usual', and it's still exceptionally slow. Considering both times have been before the inside was open 12 minutes... and our order was wrong.
*1st review: 6:10A We just sat at the window for near 20 minutes waiting on 2 sandwiches which were lukewarm when we got them. We watchied through the window as the people inside prepared what was apparently a couple large orders. As we pulled away there was a line wrapped around almost to the road.
To reiterate- we sat at the window for just at 20 minutes. Rang up after 10 we thought we were good to go. Nope. That was a halfway tease.
Everytime I come here I’m in the drive thru line for bare minimum 20 mins

Awful service with miserable staff who throws your food around & barely moves at all, doesn’t give a shit there’s a line of people waiting inside & outside. Took 40 mins for my food and then they tried to lie & say someone stole my drink when I sat there & watched them the whole time. Then found my ticket which was never even made to begin with. Awful awful. I have a 4 hour drive ahead of me & wasted another hour waiting at a “fast food” restaurant. Also I ordered a plain bagel & it was some weird flavored bagel, cold & hard as a rock. Do not go here!!!!
