This was my first or second time to this location. The restaurant is clean, and the bathroom is immaculate. The staff works hard and provides good service.

Hey Dunkin, just a heads up that the people working at this store are WONDERFUL!! I went in alone for a coffee on Valentine’s Day and all employees displayed great customer service. They were quick, friendly, and accommodating. In addition, they gave me a rose with my coffee. To those employees, thank you for your kindness.

CDL drivers beware. Although the Kohl's and home Depot parking lot are easier to get in with your vehicle, if you pre-order at the wrong location which is easy because of the street names around here they will not honor it and make you go to the other location which is not CDL vehicle friendly

I usually come here and workers are always respectful and polite but today morning was the worst, I usually don’t have time to drink my chai latte through out the day at work which I asked today for light ice so it wont be watered down, I understand it will be given a bit less than usual but NOT close to half the cup. At first they filled the whole cup with ice which I reminded the lady I asked for light ice, The lady was being very disrespectful and nasty and was talking to me like I was her child, then she took the ice out and left my drink like this. My boyfriend got a regular iced latte which is the last picture and as you can see the ice is half the cup and I got more ice than him at first. I understand workers have a bad day too but that doesn’t give them the right for them to treat us like garbage. This is disappointing and hopefully it doesn’t happen again.

if you live in and around ithaca, this is by far the best dunkin location. their drive thru line is always long but it moves extraordinarily fast. whenever i walk in to order or pick up, the employees are friendly and efficient. this is a stark contrast from the other dunkin location just 5 minutes away, which i have previously given 1 stars. i am devastated that it took my all of undergrad to discover this perfect dunkin' donuts location.

I usually jut get coffee and maybe a donut. The past few times I have been there; the employees have not been cordial and act like don't really want to wait on you, I have noticed acouple of them just roaming and acting like they really didn't care to be there. You finally get your order and tell them to have a good day and they still ignore you. All in all! I will still stop in and get my coffee and try to get them to smile.
Not a fan of dkn food in general. Donuts are good but it seems they are always running out of them early in the day. ( Again, that's a dkn thing as a whole) But I will say they have amazing coffee and I am obsessed with adding cold foam to my ice coffee

We visited on a Sunday around 11 am so it was very busy. The line for the drive thru went into the Home Depot parking lot. We went into the store to buy our food. They want customers to use the order kiosk, not wait in line to order from the cashier. I only had cash on me, so we waited about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Once we were waited on, the cashier was pleasant. Our food/drink came out in a reasonable time limit. But while waiting, I noticed a ton of flies. I hope it's not like this always or else this place needs to hire additional staff.

The location of this place is great. I'm a hard worker and know one when I see one. Lisa often literally runs this place single handedly. There have been many times I've seen her there by herself. I hope she gets promoted to manager. She really deserves it. I never write reviews, but her dedication to keeping the place going is astounding.

.manager on duty had a horrible attitude. Saying that she gets pissed off when there are lots of customers. They refused to take orders at the register. Literally 15 people in line and only kiosk. Date was Sept 15 2024 at 12pm
