I first discovered Fittnell BBQ when they partnered with Personal Best Brewing, and I’m truly sad to see them leaving that space. I visited them frequently and even had them cater a large gathering at my home with over 20 adults and 20 children. The service has always been exceptional. They get to know their customers by name and remember orders, making it easy to recommend new specials or share how the latest batch of smoked goodness turned out that week.
Every meal I’ve had from them has been delicious—flavorful, tender, and always on point. Whether you’re looking for classic BBQ or something with a unique twist, they never disappoint (the blueberry sauce).
Looking forward to what they have in store next! This is definitely a place I’ll continue to follow wherever they set up shop next.

Fantastic BBQ place run by great people. The brisket, pork, coleslaw are our go-tos. The smoked turkey is a must try if they have it! The setup in Personal Best Brewery is nice, casual and fun. Highly recommend for any BBQ lover.

Amazing BBQ!!! In the best way, this has ruined all other BBQ for me. I have yet to find anything that compares to the brisket, pulled pork and Mac and cheese. They go above and beyond to make sure the food is always perfect and done the way BBQ should be. **In regards to a recent incident/review** It’s a shame that some customers in this small city of ours don’t appreciate integrity and authenticity and lash out when they act entitled and are then called out on it. As a small business owner myself (Sweet Melissa’s Ice Cream) I back any other business that is willing to set boundaries and say no to customers when we stop being treated like we are people as well.
