Ordered 2 burgers, fries and drinks. One had everything on it (for husband) and the other was specific...only lettuce tomatoes and pickles (mine). Both burgers were made with EVERYTHING. Needless to say, I had to make a sandwich to eat with my fries and drink.

The restaurant was dirty the bathroom was dirty and the lettuce was contaminated with onions which I definitely did not want on my burger. When we told the shift manager about the onions he just Shrugged and said it happens didn't offer to remake it or any other solution.

People are great but it was 104 degrees out today and the air conditioning went out…People were turning away. I am sure in the pit of the kitchen it was even worse. I asked them about it and they said that there was nothing they could do. Food was ok, staff were great given the circumstances. Fix the AC corporate!!! Now!

We visited the Five Guys in Ithaca, NY. It was a busy restaurant on a very rainy day. The food was very good, consistent with other Five Guys locations. They kept it pretty clean, despite the weather. It was nice to have a Five Guys in this more remote NY town.
