I would venture to say this is the best coffee in Ithaca! I had a decaf cortado, and it was executed perfectly. Not only is the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they also know how to pull their shots and steam milk just right. If you're used to third wave coffee, this is the place for you!
The coffee shop is located inside the store, but don't let that deceive you - it was one of the best coffee's I had on the east cost.

Forty Weight is the only cafe I've seen that pulls shots to the exact gram - with the freshest beans. Their baristas are well experienced in flavor, pouring and quality service. I remember the first time I had their coffee in November which was the best cappuccino I've ever had (this is after living in Italy), and to this day I have not been disappointed. Not forgetting to mention Gola Osteria and State Bakery, the blueberry...
