You're doing yourself a disfavor if you order by the slice! Eating slices from a fresh pie is quite the textural experience. Best pizza in Ithaca (obviously)!

I ordered a pizza and a mistake was made with one of the items delaying the pizza. As I was in no rush, so they remade the pizza. They went out of their way with customer service to make up the delay. They re-made a medium instead of a small and added two cannoli's for desert. I could tell this was a family business that cared about their customers. I loved the pizza and cannoli's as well. Good place for real New York pizza.

It's a respectable NY slice--perfectly cooked, nice thin crust, great sauce and cheese with good proportions (a bit more sauce could be on it, IMHO).
The lacking part is the dough. Not enough salt and no proofing, so the flavor isn't developed. If only they proofed their dough then they'd be the best pizza in town. Until then, Italian Carry Out is the best slice in Ithaca.

I know these guys from their presence at Grassroots Festivals, and having their pie on their home turf was a joy.
The Liquid State Brewery behind Franco’s was very good too - bonus points for being able to carry-in a beer to enjoy with my pizza 🙌
