This restaurant appears to be closed, yall. The phone number doesn't work and the website deliverithaca.com posted on their door also goes nowhere. :(

Great food! Very pleasant experience dining in. Picked up take out. It was delicious. I have had very friendly service every time. Friends and Pho is a Hidden Gem tucked into this mall.

Honestly it was not good. The pho tastes like water

This place is terrible. The waitress had to be called to get her attention. No egg rolls on buffet, have to order extra. The sweet and sour and duck sauce are terrible and egg rolls bland. We wont be going back. Nothing like it used to be.

Great Pho, and quick service (during peak hours).

Words cannot express my disappointment in the changes to this restaurant. Towards the end of 2018 there was a change in ownership and everything has gone down hill. This restaurant went from being my go to spot with the best dumplings in Ithaca to a business I refuse to support. Not changing the name is dishonest and disrespectful to the previous owners. The new owners clearly have no respect for their customers and do not care about good food. Avoid at all costs. I'm deeply saddened that such a great restaurant has been effectively destroyed. To provide a specific example of just one of the many horrible changes (of which the dumplings are the worst)- the old restaurant used to make an amazing, authentically prepared Peking Duck which was divine. I ordered the same dish from the new owners and was given an overly salted, possibly microwaved piece of frozen duck breast which had none of the fat, crispy skin, tenderness, or flavor profile of a peking duck. The accompanying scallions and cucumbers were likewise old and slimy, although that could have been a singular occurrence. No self-respecting restaurant owner would have allowed that dish to be served or even considered calling it a "Peking Duck."

The dishes we got did not resemble or taste anything like.what it's supposed to taste like. I had chow fun with chicken. Terrible. We had egg rolls and they were just okay. My mom had lo mien and that was terrible too. We ended up throwing our leftovers in the trash after we got home. The waitress did not know what was in the dishes either. Bad experience all the was around. We won't ever go back.

Not necessarily what you'd expect to find in rural Central NY. However with Colgate University nearby, bringing an influx of visitors, students, staff, and faculty from all over, this place is a nice treat!

me too thanks
