Super delicious sandwiches with a very friendly staff and a cool vibe. The bread was especially good. It was nice and soft with a very good texture. They also have their own drinks which are super good. I had the mango and coconut one and it blew me away. I’m not even a coconut person! If you’re in town, then you have to check this place out.
The subs can be made vegan with seitan or fried eggplant as substitutions. But most are designed non-vegan and they lose something in translation - the banh mi with eggplant (minus mayo) was just ok. A little dry and not packing the flavor profile of a traditional banh mi. But the eggplant “wings” are great!

I got subs for dinner here recently and they were amazing. The large subs are 12 inches long and they are huge. I couldn't finish the whole thing. I also got fried pickles. It was some of the best I've ever had. Definitely try it out if you are looking for some affordable food.
