This cafe is very cute but it is hard to find. It is in the basement of the building so if you go inside on either side of the central entrance there are these staircases that look like they're going to a creepy basement but they actually go there. Or there's a central entrance that also looks kind of sketchy. But once you find it it's not sketchy at all! It has an awesome aesthetic and is a great place to study or do group work.
When finished at NYU, we enrolled in the intensive program in architecture at The School of Art Architecture and Planning at Cornell. We needed a place to relax, hangout and listen to music 🎶. The Green Dragon Cafe is the perfect place for on campus relaxation 😎. We spent hours studying so we found a special place on campus at Cornell. I went with my Dad here in the late '80's and thought this cafe was the coolest place. Loved the artwork on the walls. Glad to see it's still around and when I do oneday revisit my childhood places in Santa Barbara, there I will also go.
