I absolutely love Insomnia Cookies! The cookies are always warm, fresh, and perfectly soft in the center with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. I tried to order cookies delivered because I'm stuck at home sick, but despite living five minutes away from my local Insomnia Cookies location, I was told I lived outside their delivery range. Incredibly disappointing.

Turned around to go her with my daughter because of the creative name. Customer service was terrible from the time we walked in the door. No smile, obviously no enthusiasm for her job. Didn't answer questions we asked. Prices are pretty high for 1 cookie- $5-6 Taste of cookie, nothing special, I bake better at home.

they gave me milk that expired on september 16, it’s september 28… 11pm… so almost september 29. gross. now if i want a refund i have to drive back (15 min away)

We took at a minute to decide what we wanted because it was our first visit (we were staying at the Staybridge) and they rolled their eyes as we ordered. I think the idea of the shop is great, the ice cream and cookies were ok, but maybe time for some new workers. We only visited once during our week long stay because of our first experience.

Terrible customer service, but good cookies.Today a blonde female worker called me and my friend stupid today for absolutely no reason.I asked her what was the flavor of one of the ice creams, and she said "peanut butter". So I politely asked her to have a chocolate one instead. She said, "so, peanut butter?". I repeated that I wanted the chocolate one. But she rolled her eyes and whispered "stupid".I think she was annoyed because she already put in peanut butter on the order. But it's not our fault, because we never asked for peanut butter and I told her multiple times that I wanted the chocolate one.I believe that the staff was absolutely rude and disrespectful, especially when there is no reason to treat us this way. Imagine getting called stupid for ordering a cookie ?While the cookies are great, the customer service creates a terrible experience. Absolutely would not recommend.
