The NYS Orchard Burger is beyond amazing! My go to when I’m in town!

Called ahead to see if they were playing the Eagles-Steelers game on one of the TVs. Guy on the phone said yeah he could do that. Get there and the lady bartender turns me away saying this is a Bill's only bar even though there were a couple seats open at the bar and it wouldn't have disturbed the other patrons. Bummer of this experience since it I probably won't try this place out now. My lady and I took our $130 worth of business somewhere else.

My college aged daughter choose this place to get a good burger. It was really good! Great portion size with a quality patty. The atmosphere was nice, modern, and clean. Great service too. My server was normal and attentive. This was right in the center if Ithaca. Glad we went there!

The food was sub par. The wedge salad was prepared with strips or romain lettuce. That was new to me and not very good. The fish fry was very good and the wedge fried were excellent. The personal pizza was lame. Tasted like jar sauce and very little cheese. They also forgot to put my side salad in the to go order. They don't provide and drinks to go. I would skip this place and try something else.

Only people in line and waited for 10 minutes in front of host stand without being seated or acknowledged. Glasses and dishes stacked on multiple tables. Servers walking around doing absolutely nothing. Walked out. Reds Place across the street had much better food, morale, and service.
Great value for the money. Good portions Fresh and tasty Good presentation Very clean Knowledgable and patient servers Comfortable seating Bathrooms are clean Great beer selection at reasonable prices and tall pours Food is delicious and onion rings crisp and tasty though I think they should be thicker cut as it does not provide enough of the onion and onion flavour due to the batter to onion ratio Burger bun to burger meat ratio perfect. Meat cook, texture, seasoning, and freshness was A1 All in all a surprisingly solid dining experience and will certainly patron whenever possible.
Vegetarian options: It too much but they are ready to accommodate your needs.
Dietary restrictions: Just ask.
Parking: It’s downtown and generally a challenge to park

We came here about a month ago. It is fine, there are a lot of options. The server was very nice but a little slow and messed up my wine order (brought red instead of white - I did not correct them, I like that wine too and I didn’t want to wait). The food was fine, I liked the salad, but my steak was a little cold. I will probably be back just because it’s easy but I wouldn’t add it to the must visit list.

We had a fantastic meal here! We had a 30 minute wait for a table, but on a Friday night that's not bad. Our server was helpful, but not annoying. And the food was fantastic!

The place was understaffed and it took quite a while for us to get a seat. Only good thing was that the server was very nice and kind. However, the wings came uncooked as we saw blood coming out of the flesh. It was disappointing to see such food. The fish and chips we got was big but very blend. I don't recommend this place for food. Good drinks tho.
