We stopped by for breakfast yesterday and for lunch to-go sandwiches today. They have a wide variety of things to order, including soups, bagels, pastries, smoothies and a bunch of drinks like coffee, tea and lemonades. The servers are pleasant and quick. You can stay in or take to go. Awesome local place!

I cannot thank Ithaca Bakery enough for helping me deliver cupcakes on my son's birthday. Unfortunately, I had originally ordered with Rashida Sawyer Bakery weeks before and 48 hours before his birthday, Rashida Bakery called to say they do not deliver on Sundays. Their only suggestion was delivering the cupcakes on Saturday, which was not my son's birthday and not what we had agreed to. I immediately called Ithaca Bakery and they agreed to custom make 2 dozen pumpkin cupcakes (for the price I was paying for 1 dozen at Rashida Sawyer bakery) and deliver them on Sunday (which was less than 48 hours away). Ithaca Bakery has a kind staff, delicious cupcakes, and I am so grateful that they were able to provide cupcakes to my son on his birthday when his family could not be there to celebrate with him. Ithaca Bakery is a local business I will continue to support and share with the rest of my son's school community.

If presentation and reputation were the major contributing factors, it would have a higher rating. It reminds me of a higher class version of Sopranos in Waverly, only 10 times cleaner. Unfortunately, they seem a bit understaffed, and perhaps because it was the late afternoon, their donuts were nothing to write home about.

The guy at the counter taking your order definitely makes you feel rushed and kind of sassy . Sandwich was really good, but woah for a 5in long sub, my wallet thought it was 5ft long. Very very very expensive to eat here. Everything is small here but with a huge price tag. Come on, IB!! It's

The review below mines saddens me to read. I loved the bakery for its diversity in food/drinks and all types of other stuff in there. Coffee wasnt what i ordered but i had already left and it was too late. There is a rude guy and pretty sure I know who the woman in the review about the guy yelling at her is talking about. All I can say is thank God it wasn't me because i wouldn't have gotten to taste this beautiful sandwich they made. (When I deal with rudeness I don't support) . My food was amazing and glad I made the drive here to check this place out !

Worst customer service!! Within my order I ordered two bagels toasted with cream cheese. I am thankful I ate them in house because when I opened them they were over toasted with almost no cream cheese. The worst part is when I kindly notified them a staff member never looked at them and literally yelled at me across the entire store in front of a line of customers, "You need to order extra if that's what you want!" I was shocked. See my photo below. I had to take this photo and make her look at it. They never apologized for the poor product or the even worse treatment. Nor did they offer to replace it. $45 worth of products later and total disrespectful mistreatment I can't imagine returning again or recommending this place.
