I’m a big fan of Jimmy John’s. I’ve been to most of the locations in New York. I’ve never been to a Jimmy John’s that didn’t have public restrooms until now. There’s a restroom in there but they won’t let you use it.

This location constantly delivers a solid sandwich, and usually faster than any other option in town. I consider it a hidden gem and its become a regular lunch go-to. They have never screwed up an order and the rewards are pretty solid.

Tried to go last night at 6pm. Google said they were open. They weren't. Went down the street to Shortstop and had a GREAT sub. I like JJ but they are inconsistent.

Absolutely awful service. Store closed down and left Uber eats on. Uber Eats said they couldn’t resolve the issue since jimmy johns uses private drivers. Placed order at 5 pm, waited for three hours and no one bothered to cancel the order or reach out. Voicemail not set up in order to resolve issue.

This location started pulling phantom charges on my card. I started getting random $10 charges on my card from here even though my order was never that expensive. Also there were repeated instances when employees would just be ragging on customers in the back and it just felt like a rude and unprofessional environment.
