Yes it's in the back of a gas station, yes you have to walk by pipes, bowls, kratom, incense, and every other headshop item to get to the chicken, but don't let any of that fool you or put you off, this might be the best fried chicken in Ithaca, hand battered, extremely moist, very crispy, just fantastic. I even came at a sort of "off" time after lunch and it was being freshly made. Friendly people, hygienic food prep, will be back soon
This was worth my 2 day drive from Wisconsin. Best chicken I've ever had. I'll be back to try the biscuits as someone bought all of them just before I arrived. Don't be a stupid cluck, cross that road and get to the other side. What awaits is a Krispy Krunchy oasis of Cajun spiced chicken ??.
You can go to any business and they’ll tell you they have the best of whatever it is that they make, but when it comes to this restaurant, it’s nothing but the truth. Not only will the staff explain how amazing the chicken is in comparison to its predecessors, but so will the customers. They quite literally have the best chicken in the entire city of Ithaca.
