The food was burnt. Very burnt. And they got a portion of our order wrong. The actual restaurant looked line but the staff didn’t seem welcoming.

Fries are amazing--just don't order them to go or they will get soggy. Malawach is an awesome dish but hit or miss, as the bread has been either burned or underbaked on all of my half-dozen visits. We want a consistent Malawach please! Fun drinks if you wanted to get zonked and go watch a movie at cinemopolis.

Let me start off by saying the food is great here. However the service could be better. There was an issue with their online ordering system and they did not receive or confirm my 2 orders that I paid for. They told me they didn't get them so I showed them my online order confirmations and they started to make them. I waited 5 to 10 minutes and they brought me my order but it was only one of the two, I then had to show them my second one again and they started to make that so I had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes. I was handed the second order and I said "Thanks I appreciate it" with no words in return. The service has questioned if I will be returning or not.

Excellent fries. Worth the parking hassle and wandering around in the cold to find them. The malawach was good. The zatar chicken malawach was excellent. The falafel malawach was good, but not our favorite. A bit unclear for people visiting how things work and where or if you can get more iced tea. Wish they had a bit clearer what they expect, but everyone was friendly and helpful so not a big deal. The fries are an absolute must.
