Does this place look a bit sketchy on the outside? Yep.
Could the soup use a good wallop of salt? Yes.
But... is it acceptable Chinese takeout at a reasonable price in this tiny little town? Also, yes.
For that reason alone, I find myself here probably once a week or more. At least, until Ithaca gets a Panda Express.

This place is right next to Best Western. Very convenient. We wanted veggies so we ordered moo goo gai pan with some lo mein. They are light on the sauce. There is flavor and it is not overly salty. We loved it!
Beef lo mein today.
Food was very fresh, it's always good- but this was the best quality we have had from Ling Lings.
