Luna Inspired Street Food Collegetown

We did not want to wait the 45 minutes for the nearby Mexican place so we came here. The quality of the food does not quite live up to the eclectic and inspired menu. We had three different plates. The tortillas for the street tacos were so tough they were unchewable, had to send back. My burrito was decent, my friend's chicken tenders were ok. Great drinks, very good location and hours.

The “inspired house salad” had zero dressing or seasonings on it and was greens, tomatoes, and a wad of onions.

This was the second time we ordered for a team lunch and had an issue - this time I ordered on the Friday before for a Tuesday luncheon at work. I got a text it was running 30 mins late, then another one saying the order was modified or cancelled and I needed to call them. I called and they said it wasn't done, and it was for pickup when I asked if I would get a driver notification. The order was for delivery and clearly stated that on the receipt I received when I placed my order. The lunch was supposed to be deliver at 11:10am, we didn't get it until 12:45 - when we did get it nothing was labeled..and there was no acknowledgement or etc.,. about the major issues w/ the order/delivery. By the time it came our lunch was over and everyone had to eat separately at their desks.The last time I ordered from them they thought my order said "11pm not 11am" for delivery so they never even started it until I called to ask where it was. Will not be ordering from them/using them again for any department events.

Food was good. Service sucked. Had to flag down someone every time we wanted something including taking our order. The waiter was clueless and kept wanting to charge us for sides that came with the platters we ordered. He could not grasp that at all no matter how many times I showed him the menu because the tablet they use to take orders on didn’t match the menu. Will not return on next visit.

the food was extremely tasty, i ordered the cali street burrito. As I swallowed one of the bites I almost choked on a hard piece of plastic. It cut the back of my throat and now i’m coughing up blood.

Most comfortable spot for dinner with the decent atmosphere, pretty good bar selection, and tasty food. Wait can be a little long sometimes, even when it seems fairly empty. Food is a little expensive for what it is.

The restaurant company that is ruining and monopolizing the restaurant economy in upstate New York. Look up what Gordon Ramsay’s burger costs, it’s cheaper then Luna’s.

Took forever to get food, quality was terrible. Yesterdays reheated meats were used, dried out and hard. Terrible experience

Had the best server, Nico did a great job taking care of us!! Highly recommend the restaurant, and especially Nico.

The waitstaff was great, atmosphere was decent. The food was just not good. We got the gyro which had no toppings and the meat was flavorless and hard as a rock, mostly burnt, served with cold, soggy fries. We also ordered the tacos which were overpriced with absolutely no toppings....please wait the extra 30 minutes to be seated elsewhere.

They wouldn’t seat us for food because we weren’t there for trivia. Like what?? There were at least 6 tables open with no one waiting to get in at 9pm on a Monday and they denied us to eat there. Don’t waste your time.

Extremely poor and late deliveries. Also, there is literally no way to contact them regarding deliveries. I called on the number on their website and the restaurant guy told me that he just cooks the food, and that I should contact the online order taking service (which only has one number that connects me to the restaurant). Never going to order from here again.

Waited 2.5 hours for a small poutine, and there was only like 2 other people in the restaurant. The waitress was flirting with other customers and forgot to bring me my food. The man she was flirting with came over and told me it was sitting out for nearly 3 hours and she forgot, since the waitress was not honest about her mistake. I paid a lot of money for cold, soggy poutine. Then the restaurant ignored my effort to contact them about my experience. Ruined my night.

Overpriced and mediocre street food. Sometime will make you wait over an hour because they prioritize their delivery orders, which are numerous because they operate 5+ ghost kitchens out of this restaurant. To me this seems like a shady business practice at best.

Poor quality hastily made food, I ordered their Chipotle lime shrimp bowl and it was awful, the shrimp and rice wasn’t cooker properly and the sauce quantity was very less
