Food is decent (3 or 4/5) but the ordring process is horrible. Only 1-2 people taking your order verbally. No clear line. They call out your order when it's ready. Now imagine the lunch rush where there are dozens of people with the same order AND mobile orders. Too messy and disorganized.

If you stick to the pre-made stuff, it's fine. However, ordering hot food is not a positive experience. You kind of shout what you want and then hope it gets made. If you're in a rush, this is a problem, since there's no rule to the madness. In fact, because of how chaotic it is (orders not associated to a single customer in any way), your food might never get made... by the time you realize they forgot it, you're late for lecture (yes, this happened to me). I've also been served chicken here that was pretty much raw. I've also had some awkward water cup moments: It's unclear if you're supposed to take it yourself or wait in the long checkout line, just for a plastic cup. I've also tried the Taco Bowl, and as someone who loves TexMex (from cheap to more expensive), this was probably the worst TexMex I've ever had, especially when considering the fact that you're paying university price. Stick to the bakery items / freezer stuff / yogurt, and you'll be okay. Otherwise, just do yourself a favor and go to the Atrium or Mac's instead
