Best excuse for Arby’s ever! This has to be the slowest McDonald’s on the planet, especially on the weekends. There are some good people working here (maybe not enough) but it is obvious when there is no leadership. Not sure why so many wait in line here for up to an hour when Arby’s is just down the road with no line and smiling staff. And the food is about the same

Waited 40mins to get our food in drive in lane. When my husband came into the place to see where it was they were rude. A girl was mocking all customers waiting on food. Also said she would go over the counter to fight the customers. Rude, ignorant people. This place is a joke. A long line in drive thru and people were driving off even before getting their food, AFTER they paid. Shut the place down!!

I was just charged $.50 for a cup of water. This location frequently has problems keeping up with the demand and fulfilling customer orders correctly which all of that I can look past because this is fast food after all and I have worked in restaurants. They're clearly understaffed and I'm not going to fault the employees because management/owners can't/won't staff appropriately. I can even understand a small fee for the cost of the cup lid and straw I guess maybe on a small business but this is McDonald's you're a chain to charged somebody $0.50 for some water when the materials probably cost about $.04 is just asinine and you're just ripping people off now.

Noone seems to care at this location. As I walking in another perso. Said don't bother I waited an hour for my food and asked for a refund. I went in looked at the screens from drive thru stating over 30 mins. Stood at the counter for a few minutes with Noone to greet me so I left! Highly suggest you avoid this location at all costs!!

It was freezing cold in the restaurant, the floor is slippery. We almost slipped 3 times. We ordered the meal to the table. It never came to the table. We had to take it by ourselves. There is no one at the restaurant and we had to wait for 15min for the food to be ready. We got it as a take away although we ordered to eat in the place.
Slow as hell, waited about 2 hours for a chicken sandwich and some nuggets. UNBELIEVABLE!

Waited over 30 minutes for food only to find out they don't start making your order until you pay. When you order at the kiosk IT DOESN'T TELL YOU THAT. There was no one at the cashier to pay for my order so my food didn't get started. Last week when I stopped the wait was again over 30 minutes and the fries were old and cold and the fish sandwich was a brick. This is THE WORST McDonald's ever. Management/Owners YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.
