could anyone come to work here?? they are so rude when you have to ask for them to serve you. we said thank you 3 times before they responded. Fed ex guy gave up waiting. 40 min to eat. 20 min for them to fix their mistake.

There was only 3 people working. We stood at the counter for 7 min waiting for service. Once we yelled to the back for help at the register, a lady came out with a really crappy attitude. Thanked her multiple times before we yelled at her for being rude. Then, our food took over 30 min to come to the table. Definitely needs better communication with their PAYING customers!!!! Will not be coming back till attitudes and service has been changed. Was very disappointed for a restaurant in a decent sized town.

This McDonald's is always incredibly slow whether you go inside, use the drive thru or order ahead of mobile sometimes with up to an hour wait. Then after you wait forever to get your food more often than not your order is completely wrong no matter how simple. In short I'd recommend no one goes here unless you want to waste your time and your money.

my brother-in-law went to mcdonald’s this morning, and ordered food for breakfast. the guy taking the order wasn’t very nice, he had an attitude. he just didn’t seem like he didn’t wanna be there. well, he took his order and then my brother-in-law got his food, but he was missing his hash browns, so he told them and then they grabbed his bag, and he waited for a long time, then this old lady gave him his bag back and said that the hash browns were in there, so my brother-in-law drove off and went to work. when he got there, there weren’t ANY hash browns after he paid. unbelievable.

Got my daughter a happy meal and she was missing her milk and Fry's in one order the day before the other one in triphammer rd forgot a wrap for my husband worst place to eat is McDonald's price goes up but the service and customer service is trash I proceeded to inform them they lost my business and I will take it elsewhere and was told go ahead so McDonald's on general lost my service even as a delivery driver

The McDonald's in Ithaca on Elmira Rd. Is the only one I will stop at traveling from Watkins Glen to Dryden. They are the most consistent, but always very busy. A big shout out to Camara for holding that place down. I have seen it on multiple occasions. I appreciate you.

Slowest drive-thru in the city, half my order was missing after 25 minute wait. Not very friendly.
45 min wait at 2pm on a Saturday. Not worth the money or the time for a bigmac. Quality is on par, I guess. But they never have things together anytime day or night. Avoid it!

My large fries came as an empty paper container, with no fries inside. I only saw it once I got home. How does an employee even consciously put something like that in the bag??

I went to mcdonald's in ithaca, and I ordered a grinch meal it came out in a Buffalo Bills box. No one told me that should I go back out to my car? No socks back into the store. Get down the road, no hamburger, just two pieces of bread. So I go back in to get the rest of it, and they have some mouthy little girl there, just blah blah blah, no manager very dissatisfied

Best excuse for Arby’s ever! This has to be the slowest McDonald’s on the planet, especially on the weekends. There are some good people working here (maybe not enough) but it is obvious when there is no leadership. Not sure why so many wait in line here for up to an hour when Arby’s is just down the road with no line and smiling staff. And the food is about the same
