I donāt know if this place is understaffed or poorly managed, but the wait times are ridiculous. I sat in the drive through for 30 minutes, they confirmed my order, and didnāt put my sauces or fries in the bag. I canāt think of a time Iāve been to this location when they havenāt either forgotten part of my order or given me the wrong item.

The customer service in the drive thru is severely lacking. The person taking my order was rude, aggressive, and didn't pay attention to what I said. I explained I wasn't using the app and was using a paper coupon. The person taking the order repeatedly demanded the app code...which I didn't have. We went in verbal circles for a few minutes.

The worst couldn't eat inside because it was 105 degrees the food was horrible and the restaurant was so dirty the spider webs had dust and dead bugs in them. At least the spiders weren't hungry. And what's the deal with all the workers? Looks like a Mexican restaurant.

Worst chicken sandwich I've had in my life. The chicken was as dry and tough as jerky, the breading was burnt, and the bun was shriveled and smashed. The food wouldn't be worth it even if it was free.
So it's McDonald's, you get what you expect. I couldn't understand anyone working here. The accents were so bad I had to keep asking the drive thru to repeat themselves. They are all speaking inside the restaurant in their native tongues. Look, I have zero issues with immigrants working jobs but someone there needs to be able to communicate with the customers. Also experienced long wait at drive thru after using app to order ten minutes before I arrived. I got nothing special, a quarter pounder, fries and a coke. I wasn't waiting on fries because they were barely hot. Management is severely lacking here.
